Their goal is to weaken Trump\u200c or outright eliminate him from the 2024 presidential race. At a minimum, they want\u2062 Trump \u2062on \u2064the defensive, distracted by legal issues, instead of focusing on \u200bthe \u200cAmerican people during his campaign. They \u200bknow they\u200b can\u2019t beat him on Nov. 5, 2024, so their ultimate goal is to imprison him. It\u2019s a playbook straight out of any third-world \u200cMarxist hellhole.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2-long d-flex justify-content-center\" style=\"margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; text-align: center; \" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-1787249415\">\n<div id=\"div-gpt-ad-1379703300879-0\" class=\"mb-30\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a063ad58f34cc441d4bb464d4d5e6507 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-2\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-a063ad58f34cc441d4bb464d4d5e6507\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>House Republicans must step up and go on offense.<\/strong> Democrats only respect\u200c power. So using power is the only \u2062way to hold Democrats accountable and stop this corrupt and\u200d un-American lawfare campaign \u2063that is singularly focused on \u200dkeeping the Republican front-runner out of the White House. Speeches, television appearances, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/whats-the-gop-doing-about-the-doj-double-standard\/\" title=\"What is the GOP doing about the DOJ's double standard?\">strongly worded letters<\/a> are not enough. Republicans must fully wield the power the\u200d American people gave \u200cthem to \u200bprotect and defend the Constitution. Through the oversight and\u2062 appropriations processes, House Republicans\u2064 can put an end to the weaponization of our law \u2062enforcement. They have the constitutional power\u200d \u2014 they \u200dsimply must choose to exercise courage and \u2064use it.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Speaker Kevin McCarthy can set the \u2063tone for the rest\u2064 of the Republican Party<\/strong> by launching impeachment inquiries\u2064 into\u2063 both Joe Biden for his corruption and Merrick Garland\u200b for \u2063his weaponization\u2064 of justice.\u2063 Biden has compromised himself by \u200cbecoming involved with his corrupt son\u2019s selling of the family name \u200cand White House access to\u2063 make \u2062millions from foreign\u200d despots. He\u2019s shown a willingness to sell out his country to enrich \u200dhis family. Every day\u2062 that Congress sits idly by\u2063 and\u200b does \u2064nothing \u200dabout it is a\u200b disgrace. \u2064 <\/p>\n<p>Likewise,\u2064 Garland\u200c has weaponized the\u200c Justice Department \u2064to protect Biden and his \u200ccorrupt son. He is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/heres-what-the-house-gop-should-do-right-now-to-fight-democrats-republic-crushing-lawfare\/\" title=\"House GOP must act now to combat Democrats' destructive lawfare.\">abusing \u200dfederal law \u2064enforcement resources<\/a> to go after\u2063 his boss\u2019s chief\u200c political opponent while ignoring \u200drampant crime in our \u2064cities and at our border. This is a dereliction of duty and \u2062an \u2064abuse of power, and he\u200b should be removed from office. <\/p>\n<p>The House Judiciary Committee should serve as the tip of \u2064the\u2062 spear. House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan,\u2063 his \u200b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gop-wants-sanctions-on-iran-backed-terror-group-targeted-in-biden-airstrike\/\" title=\"GOP Wants Sanctions on Iran-Backed Terror Group Targeted in Biden Airstrike\">fellow committee members<\/a>, and the staff have the best\u2062 ability and largest responsibility \u200dto end this charade and impose accountability on Washington. I\u200d commend Jordan for his \u2063initial reaction to these \u200bindictments, including demand letters\u2062 to Soros-funded Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg and Democrat Fulton County DA Fani Willis. But a lot more should be done. <\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-f5627f543c93c86f2bf1ea62683e6f23 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-f5627f543c93c86f2bf1ea62683e6f23\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Now is the time to be \u2064worried about underreacting, not overreacting.<\/strong> Democrats are using every lever of power they \u200chave. Republicans should do the same. The House\u2062 Judiciary\u200b Committee \u200bshould \u2064subpoena documents and communications from the Biden White \u2062House, Biden Justice Department, and each \u200cof these Democrat\u2063 prosecutors\u2019 offices immediately. Every day the GOP waits, it loses ground. <\/p>\n<p>House Judiciary Republicans \u2062should start their investigations with officials at Biden\u2019s DOJ \u2014 namely Garland, Deputy Attorney General Lisa Monaco, FBI Director Christopher Wray, Special Counsel Jack Smith, and Smith\u2019s counselor Jay Bratt. \u2062The timing\u2064 of these indictments \u2014 after\u2063 waiting 30 months after Trump \u200dleft office \u2014 is \u2063not random. They are choreographed.<\/p>\n<p>The subpoenas can\u2019t \u2064be isolated to just the Biden Justice \u200cDepartment. House Judiciary Republicans should obtain each and every piece of correspondence related to\u2063 Trump \u200bfrom New York \u2062Attorney General\u2063 Letitia James, Bragg, his lead\u2063 prosecutor Matthew Colangelo, \u200dand Willis. This lawfare campaign is\u2064 so extensive that those names should only\u2063 be the start \u2014 there will\u2062 surely be more to uncover. <\/p>\n<p>Once each document is \u2064with\u2062 the \u200dHouse Judiciary\u200b Committee, it\u2019ll be \u2063time to ramp up\u2062 the \u2064oversight. Jordan \u200cshould put\u200c Biden White House and Justice\u2063 Department officials under oath. Constant\u2063 staff\u200d depositions.\u2064 Regular public hearings. The entire country should\u2064 have the opportunity to put on the news and see House Republicans expose Democrats\u2019 \u2064corrupt lawfare campaign\u200d for what it really is: an anti-democratic and \u200crepublic-ending electoral assault on Trump.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-b9d79b41ebf4f8ab573d8e38c343565f fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-10\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-b9d79b41ebf4f8ab573d8e38c343565f\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Democrats aren\u2019t just conducting\u2064 this lawfare campaign because they hate Trump<\/strong> \u2062 and will do anything to ensure \u200bhe won\u2019t win in 2024. They\u2019re doing this because Biden is weak, dementia-ridden, \u2064and corrupt. Democrats \u200dwon\u2019t let\u2062 Trump wipe the floor with him.\u200c It\u2019ll be Democrats in the justice system joining up with\u200b Biden to take out \u200cTrump in 2024.  <\/p>\n<p><strong>Where else is there\u2064 an opportunity for House Republicans to aggressively attack the Democrats\u2019 lawfare campaign?<\/strong> \u2063The appropriations process.\u200d The House Appropriations Committee should include two specific appropriations \u2062riders. <\/p>\n<p>First, it should cut off the spigot of money used to interfere in the presidential election: \u201cNo federal funds may be used to prosecute any major presidential candidate on or before Nov. 5, 2024.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Second, it should ensure\u2062 that any state \u200cor local government that chooses to use its \u200coffice as a political weapon is punished: \u201cAny state or\u200b local jurisdiction\u200b that \u200bprosecutes any major\u2064 presidential candidate \u2064on or \u2064before Nov. 5, 2024,\u200d loses all federal\u2064 funding.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>These basic steps will help \u2062ensure this election is free from\u2063 the type\u200b of government interference and manipulation\u2063 that are the hallmarks of third-world\u200d banana republics. House Republicans should\u2064 act \u2014 and\u2064 act now.\u2062 The D.C. swamp is \u2064the only place on the planet where the reptiles \u200dlack\u200c backbones. Let\u2019s see \u2064if House Republicans can find \u2062theirs. \u200d <\/p>\n<p>If \u200dGOP lawmakers don\u2019t jump into the deep end, the\u2063 Democrat lawfare campaign may succeed in taking out Trump.
