This indicated that the park wasn&#8217;t at capacity,\u2062 but she still couldn&#8217;t enter using her pass. Disneyland \u200bofficials have expressed satisfaction that the matter has been resolved. However, final approval from a judge is required to seal the deal and \u2064determine all\u200d the terms, as stated by University\u200c of California, Los Angeles, law professor \u200dDavid Marcus.<\/p>\n<p>Under the terms of the \u2064settlement \u2062proposal,\u2062 class members will be eligible \u2062to receive $67.41 each \u200bfrom Disney. However, it may take several months for the payments\u200c to\u200c be\u2063 distributed. Pass-holders will be notified\u200d about the settlement soon, and a hearing\u2064 will be held to finalize the agreement.
