The latest development in this legal saga involves the release of \u2062clips from two\u200c attempted depositions, both taken in March. These clips were made public after lawyers representing Dr. Eric Coomer, Dominion Director of Product Strategy\u2064 and Security, filed \u200ba motion to compel deposition testimony\u2062 in court. Coomer, who has also filed a lawsuit against Newsmax, alleges that he was defamed by Lindell&#8217;s claims of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/watch-live-facebook-and-twitter-ceos-testify-before-senate-judiciary-committee\/\" title=\"Watch Live: Facebook and Twitter CEOs Testify Before Senate Judiciary Committee\">election interference<\/a> through Dominion\u2064 voting machines.<\/p>\n<h3>Heated Exchanges and Contemptuous Behavior<\/h3>\n<p>During one of the \u200bdepositions, Lindell can be seen engaging in a heated exchange with Coomer&#8217;s lawyer. &#8220;You&#8217;re\u2063 just a lawyer, you&#8217;re an ambulance-chasing lawyer, so don&#8217;t start with \u200dme. I got all \u200dday,&#8221; Lindell retorts. &#8220;I&#8217;ll\u2062 take as much time as you want, so \u200clet&#8217;s go. You&#8217;re not my boss, you&#8217;re just a lawyer, frivolous lawyer.&#8221; The lawyer&#8217;s filing describes Lindell&#8217;s behavior as &#8220;vulgar, threatening, \u200bloud, [and] disrespectful.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h3>Seeking Order and Accountability<\/h3>\n<p>Dr. Coomer&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/9-key-points-from-trump-campaign-press-conference-on-challenges-to-election-results\/\" title=\"9 Key Points from Trump Campaign Press Conference on Challenges to Election Results\">legal team<\/a>\u200c is now seeking an order \u2062to compel Lindell&#8217;s appearance before the Court or the Magistrate Judge in Denver, Colorado. They argue that this is necessary to maintain decorum \u200dand seek contemporaneous rulings during a rescheduled deposition.\u2062 Additionally, Dr. Coomer is requesting attorney fees and expenses associated with Lindell&#8217;s alleged discovery abuse.<\/p>\n<h3>Consequences and Costly Claims<\/h3>\n<p>During the deposition, Lindell was warned about the consequences\u200d of being unresponsive to questions, which could result in paying more attorney&#8217;s fees.
