He went on to collide with several\u200c other vehicles before finally coming to a stop. Martinez, who had a previous DUI,\u200b was subsequently arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently held on $2 million bail.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u2063 the victim&#8217;s son, Joel\u200d Reynozo, his\u2063 mother and the other woman were\u2064 returning from church when the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/nolte-alec-baldwin-finally-surrenders-phone-to-rust-investigators\/\" title=\"Nolte: Alec Baldwin Finally Surrenders Phone to 'Rust' Investigators\">tragic accident occurred<\/a>. The elderly woman was being dropped off \u2062at\u200c home.<\/p>\n<p>Reynozo recounted \u200cthe horrifying moment when the\u2062 crash propelled his mother\u200b out of the parked \u2063car, causing her to land on her \u2063head. Rushing outside upon\u2062 hearing the collision, he discovered his injured\u2062 mother.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;My mom \u200dwas a giver,&#8221; Reynozo shared with KTLA5. &#8220;She always, always attended to people. She loved people. She was a great cook, an awesome\u200c cook. My mother was just &#8230;\u200b constantly helping \u200dpeople.
