\u2063according to paperwork filed on July 11 by two Georgia election workers who tried \u200cto \u2062subpoena and depose her in the defamation \u2062lawsuit \u2062they waged \u200bagainst Giuliani.<\/p>\n<p>Katherine Friess, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/human-experimentation-and-gene-editing-inside-chinas-race-to-create-genetically-modified-soldiers\/\" title=\"Human Experimentation And Gene-Editing: Inside China\u2019s Race To Create Genetically Modified Soldiers\">national security consultant<\/a>, allegedly helped Giuliani attempt to \u200dhave the 2020 presidential <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/police-release-mugshots-trumps-rico-case-defendants-giuliani-powell-ellis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">election<\/a> \u2063results overturned, according\u200b to\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2023\/09\/06\/giuliani-aide-vanished-trump-election-00114307\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Politico<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>That attempt is at the center\u200d of \u2062former \u200bpresident Donald Trump&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/watch-candace-owens-drops-trailer-of-interview-with-andrew-tate\/\" title=\"VIDEO: Candace Owens Teases Interview with Andrew Tate\">current legal troubles<\/a>, in\u2064 which he stands accused of\u2064 violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act.<\/p>\n<p>None of the parties attempting to \u200dcontact Friess accused her personally\u2064 of\u2064 any wrongdoing.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Rudy Giuliani pleads not guilty\u2063 to election interference charges in Georgia and waives his right to appear in court next week <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Rsk9Petglz\">https:\/\/t.co\/Rsk9Petglz<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/ca1RefsfTV\">pic.twitter.com\/ca1RefsfTV<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 CNN\u2064 Breaking News (@cnnbrk) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/cnnbrk\/status\/1697735351157104806?\">September 1, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Her name \u2063also did not surface anywhere in\u2064 the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/rudy-giuliani-surrenders-fulton-county-da-ominous-warning-american-people\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">RICO<\/a> case against Donald \u200cTrump.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys \u200bfor the two election workers, Ruby Freeman\u200d and Shaye Moss, searched exhaustively \u2062on multiple occasions for Friess, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2022-12-21\/trump-lawyer-accused-of-evading-subpoena-in-giuliani-lawsuit\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bloomberg<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The attorneys for Freeman and Moss \u200dclaimed in documents\u200d filed on Dec. 16 that\u200d over the course of\u2063 four months at the end of 2022, they \u200bcontacted five \u200cemail addresses, with one email\u200b showing that it had been opened multiple times.<\/p>\n<p>They said that they also contacted six \u200cphysical addresses in three \u200cdifferent states.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, \u2062they claimed\u200b that they left her a voicemail \u2063at a Colorado address tied\u200d to her attorney registration for \u2064the \u2064state.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;On \u200cthis record only, it\u200b is reasonable \u200cto infer that Ms. Friess is\u2064 aware of Plaintiffs&#8217; lawsuit, their interest in her personal knowledge, and their attempts to\u200d serve her with a\u200b subpoena, and\u2063 that she \u200bmay \u200bbe evading service,&#8221;\u2063 the filing reads.<\/p>\n<p>Usually, subpoenas \u2064must \u2062be presented in person,\u200d according to Politico.<\/p>\n<p>However, Judge Beryl \u2063Howell made an exception.<\/p>\n<p>Howell acknowledged that Friess was &#8220;likely aware\u2063 of this lawsuit&#8221;
