Lindsey\u2063 Graham (R-S.C.).<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"my-5\">\n<p>&#8220;The Georgia Grand Jury report has just been released. It has zero credibility and badly taints Fani Willis \u200dand this \u2064whole <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/n-y-rep-reed-considering-gubernatorial-run-to-challenge-gov-cuomo\/\" title=\"N.Y. Lindsey Graham responds to Fulton County Grand Jury's criminal charges recommendation.\">grand jury\u200d report<\/a> when he spoke to journalists following his attendance at the Apple Fest \u200cRotary luncheon in Westminster, South Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>Despite\u200c not being charged in the case,\u2062 he told\u200d reporters \u2064that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-supreme-court-rejects-trump-request-to-block-grand-jury-report\/\" title=\"Georgia Supreme Court denies Trump's request to halt grand jury report.\">grand \u200djury<\/a> had &#8220;criminalized&#8221; him for what he claimed \u200cwas seeking clarification regarding the election in\u2062 his capacity as chairman\u200c of the \u2062Senate \u200cJudiciary Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, he lamented the precedent that the Fulton County \u2062case may set \u200bfor future elections.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We&#8217;re opening up Pandora&#8217;s Box here. Fulton \u200bCounty is one of the most liberal jurisdictions in the\u2062 country,&#8221; he said. &#8220;I fear this will spread. That next election, Democrats\u200b may be on the \u200bother side of this.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Mr.\u2064 Graham, \u2062who ultimately certified President Joe \u200dBiden&#8217;s\u2063 2020\u200c election, defended his conduct,\u200b claiming \u2064he called\u200b Georgia Secretary of\u200b State\u200c Brad Raffensperger to ask about mail-in votes and \u2062other aspects of election procedures in Georgia.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So at the end \u200bof the \u2064day, nothing happened,&#8221; he said, \u2063adding that &#8220;we have to be careful not to \u200duse the legal system as a political tool.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"my-5\">\n<p>A judge\u2062 ordered the full report to\u200c be sealed until\u2063 last \u200cmonth&#8217;s indictment of President Trump \u2063and 18 others, but portions of it had been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/fulton-county-grand-jury-recommended-charges-against-sen-lindsey-graham-2-former-gop-senators-5488295?ea_src=frontpage&#038;ea_med=lead-story-1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">made \u200cpublic<\/a> \u2063 earlier\u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.documentcloud.org\/documents\/23944944-georgia-special-grand-jury-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this year<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Former Trump national security\u200d adviser\u2062 and retired Lt-Gen.
