He claimed that the purpose of the call was \u200bto\u2064 inquire about Georgia&#8217;s\u2064 election \u2062process, particularly regarding mail-in ballots.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;So at the end of the day, nothing \u2064happened,&#8221; Graham emphasized. He added that it is crucial \u2062to avoid\u200b using the legal system as a political tool.<\/p>\n<p>Despite being implicated alongside former Georgia Republican Sens. David Perdue and Kelly Loeffler, Graham firmly rejected the notion \u2062that \u200bhis actions\u2063 were part of a \u2063scheme to\u200c overturn the\u200d election.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;To suggest I&#8217;m \u2063part of some grand scheme to overturn \u200bthe election makes no sense given my actions,&#8221; he stated. &#8220;It speaks\u2062 to where we&#8217;re at \u200cmore than anything else.
