Ruby Franke, known for \u2062giving parenting advice, and Jodi\u2064 Hildebrandt, the owner\u2062 of\u2064 a relationship counseling business, have been accused of abusing and \u2063starving Franke&#8217;s two young children.<\/p>\n<p>The \u200dcharges against \u200bFranke and Hildebrandt include six felony counts of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fla-man-facing-several-charges-for-allegedly-trafficking-a-minor\/\" title=\"Fla. man facing several charges for allegedly trafficking a minor\">aggravated child abuse<\/a>. They were arrested on August 30th at Hildebrandt&#8217;s residence in Ivins,\u2062 Utah. A \u2062<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/blanche-says-trump-wants-to-transfer-manhattan-criminal-case-to-federal-court\/\" title=\"Blanche claims Trump aims to move Manhattan case to federal court.\">virtual court appearance<\/a> is scheduled for \u2064today.<\/p>\n<p>The \u200dincident \u200bcame to light when Franke&#8217;s 12-year-old \u200bson managed to escape \u2062the house and sought help from a neighbor, who then called the \u200dpolice. He also revealed that his two siblings,\u2064 aged 10 and 14, were still\u200c at Hildebrandt&#8217;s house.<\/p>\n<p>While waiting for the authorities to arrive, the caller expressed fear that Hildebrandt \u200dmight come looking for the boy.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutors\u2063 allege that Franke and Hildebrandt either directly caused or allowed someone to torture \u200cFranke&#8217;s son and harm her daughter. The children were subjected to starvation and emotional abuse.\u2063 The reason \u2064for their presence at Hildebrandt&#8217;s home remains unclear.<\/p>\n<p>The 12-\u200d and \u200c10-year-old victims were taken\u200d to the hospital, and \u200balong with two other \u2062children of Franke, were placed \u200dunder the custody of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/salon-owner-files-lawsuit-over-oregon-governor-threatening-to-have-cps-take-her-kids-for-defying-lockdown\/\" title=\"Salon Owner Files Lawsuit Over Oregon Governor Threatening to Have CPS Take Her Kids for Defying Lockdown\">child protective services<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Both Franke, 41, and\u2062 Hildebrandt, 54, have\u200d been \u2062held without bail since their arrests.<\/p>\n<p>Attorneys representing Franke and Hildebrandt did\u2063 not respond to\u2062 requests for comment.<\/p>\n<p>Franke gained attention for sharing her family&#8217;s life on their \u2064video blog. However, she and her \u2064husband\u2062 faced criticism for \u2064their controversial parenting decisions, which included\u200d punishing their oldest son \u2063by banning him from his \u200dbedroom for seven months. In one \u200dvideo, Franke talked about\u2064 refusing to bring\u200c lunch to a kindergartener who forgot it at\u200d home.
