Lindsey Graham and Georgia Republican \u2063Sens. Kelly Loeffler and David Perdue. <\/p>\n<p>Fulton County District\u2063 Attorney Fani Willis chose not to charge any of these three \u2063when she \u2063returned the indictment against Trump in her racketeering case. <\/p>\n<p>The special grand\u2064 jury also\u2062 recommended charges against Trump \u2062advisor Boris Epshteyn and former national security advisor Michael Flynn.  <\/p>\n<p>All \u200cof the individuals Willis charged last month alongside Trump were on the list\u2062 identified\u2064 by the special grand jury as well.<\/p>\n<p>The special purpose grand jury was seated in\u200d 2022 and \u200bconducted a nearly\u2062 eight-month investigation. This grand jury did not have indictment power, but Willis has \u2063said \u2064she needed its subpoena power to compel testimony from witnesses who may not have otherwise\u200d cooperated.<\/p>\n<p>The report indicated\u2062 that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-grand-jury-recommended-charges-against-sens-lindsey-graham-kelly-loeffler-david-perdue-and-multiple-trump-allies\/\" title=\"Georgia grand jury recommends charges against Sens.
