Abortion activists all over the country believe\u2064 that\u2063 parents who receive\u200d scary diagnoses \u2063for their preborn children should have the choice to put those babies to\u200d death.<\/p>\n<div class=\"fdrlst__b89e9-42a301ad641e4bba9238235a61fa0850 fdrlst__b89e9-paragraph-6\" id=\"fdrlst__b89e9-42a301ad641e4bba9238235a61fa0850\"><\/div>\n<p>Medical professionals, similarly, have \u2062recommended <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC7075712\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hundreds if not thousands<\/a> of \u201cfetal abnormality\u201d abortions to grieving parents, even for babies with nonfatal complications. Oftentimes, these recommendations are based on the results of prenatal tests that are, unbelievably,\u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/01\/01\/upshot\/pregnancy-birth-genetic-testing.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201cusually wrong\u201d<\/a> about the existence or extent of disorders and \u2062syndromes.  <\/p>\n<p>Overall, around <a href=\"https:\/\/data.guttmacher.org\/states\/table?state=US&#038;topics=57&#038;dataset=data\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">800 U.S. abortion facilities<\/a> willfully execute babies \u2014 with or\u200d without \u200bdiagnoses of potential physical challenges \u2014 on \u200cany given day.<\/p>\n<p>Fetal surgery, \u2064on \u2064the other hand,\u200b was designed three decades ago to save and even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mayoclinic.org\/tests-procedures\/fetal-surgery\/about\/pac-20384571\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201chelp improve the \u2063<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/restless-anal-syndrome-new-study-finds-horror-side-effect-of-contracting-covid-19\/\" title=\"\u2018Restless Anal Syndrome\u2019: New Study Finds Horror Side-Effect Of Contracting COVID-19\">long-term outcome<\/a> of children with specific birth defects.\u201d<\/a> It\u2019s estimated \u200bthat there\u2064 are <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5405939\/#:~:text=These%20practitioners%20number%20just%20over,a%20shortage%20of%20trained%20clinicians.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">more than 2,000<\/a> full-time\u200c practicing maternal-fetal medicine (MFM) specialists in the\u2062 U.S. today but doctors all across\u200c the nation say there should be more. <\/p>\n<p>Invasive prenatal procedures can\u2064 vary depending on how <a href=\"https:\/\/www.chop.edu\/treatments\/fetal-surgery\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u201ccomplex and challenging\u201d<\/a> the \u200cunborn baby\u2019s condition is. In some devastating\u200d cases, surgeries may not be successful. An unborn \u200bbaby who was intentionally \u200bconceived\u200c and actively \u200bwanted, like the Barkers\u2019 son, gets \u2063showered with love, attention, and top-of-the-line prenatal treatment. A child in \u200cthe womb who was conceived unexpectedly or unwanted by\u2063 his parents due to a \u201cdefect,\u201d however, is removed from the womb like a parasite and taken out with the\u2064 trash in a biohazard bag. <\/p>\n<p>The \u2062striking difference in the value assigned to \u2064unborn babies\u2019 lives is something Barker personally struggled with when she conceived her\u2064 oldest child Mason Disick in 2009.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI definitely thought \u2063about it long and hard, about if I wanted to keep the baby or not, and I wasn\u2019t thinking about adoption,\u201d Kardashian <a href=\"https:\/\/people.com\/parents\/kourtney-kardashian-agonized-over-whether-to-keep-her-baby\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">told<\/a> PEOPLE shortly \u2064before Mason\u2019s birth. \u201cI do think every woman\u200d should have the right to do what they\u2063 want, but I don\u2019t think it\u2019s \u200btalked through enough.
