The California Secretary\u200c of State&#8217;s Office of Elections Cybersecurity contacted Twitter\u2064 about the post, claiming that it spread disinformation and created distrust among the public.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Audit every California ballot<\/p>\n<p>Election fraud is rampant nationwide and we all know California \u200bis\u200d one of \u200dthe culprits<\/p>\n<p>Do it to protect the integrity of that state\u2019s elections<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 DC_Draino (@DC_Draino) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/DC_Draino\/status\/1327073866578096129?\">November 13,\u200b 2020<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Twitter responded by labeling O\u2019Handley&#8217;s tweet as disputed and restricting interactions with it due to a risk of\u200d violence. They also issued a strike against his\u2063 account, ultimately leading to his suspension in February 2021.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Handley&#8217;s \u200dlawsuit was dismissed by U.S.\u200c District Judge Charles Breyer, who ruled that \u200dCalifornia&#8217;s communication with Twitter did not directly infringe on O\u2019Handley&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/states-push-to-rein-in-big-tech-as-federal-gears-grind-slow\/\" title=\"States Push to Rein in Big Tech as Federal Gears Grind Slow\">free speech rights<\/a>.
