which aired on Sept. 7.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote><\/div>\n<p>The Kentucky Republican, who is\u2063 leading a congressional investigation into the Biden family and their alleged <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/house-republicans-investigate-government-contracts-and-loans-awarded-to-biden-donors\/\" title=\"House Republicans Investigate Government Contracts and Loans Awarded to Biden Donors\">foreign business schemes<\/a>,\u2064 cited emails from\u200b the National\u200c Archives and Records Administration (NARA) as being the &#8220;final straw&#8221; Comer\">personal pseudonymous email accounts<\/a>:\u2064 Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware.<\/p>\n<p>A spokesperson for NARA declined to comment on the alleged emails when contacted by The Epoch Times at the time.<\/p>\n<div class=\"shortcode post-related-videos\">\n<div class=\"lazyload-wrapper\">\n<div class=\"lazyload-placeholder\"><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>&#8220;I do believe that we have the votes for impeachment \u2063inquiry. I think that with the revelation\u200c of all these emails, you know that Joe Biden was communicating with Hunter Biden about his business about\u200c all of the corruption that he was involved in. We\u2019ve just about picked all the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sean-penn-writes-angry-letter-blasting-staff-who-complained-about-vaccine-distribution-site-working-conditions\/\" title=\"Sean Penn Writes Angry Letter Blasting Staff Who Complained About Vaccine Distribution Site Working Conditions\">low-hanging fruit<\/a>,&#8221; he said, adding that lawmakers have &#8220;built\u2062 a case that will win in court.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>President Biden \u2063has insisted there was an &#8220;absolute wall&#8221; between his family\u2019s foreign business schemes and his duties\u200b as vice president and that he never discussed business with his son, \u2063Hunter Biden, who conducted a number of foreign business deals between 2009 and 2017, while his father was vice president.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>Some of those business deals were made with Chinese and Ukrainian nationals, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/court-records-show-hunter-biden-received-millions-from-china-ccp-affiliates-5448816\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">court records<\/a> show.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote><\/div>\n<p>However, Republicans believe the email communications between members of the Biden \u2062family and then-Vice President Biden&#8217;s office provide\u200d evidence of collusion and are concerned over possible abuses \u2063of power.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>Further concerns were raised after \u200bformer Hunter Biden\u2063 associate Devon Archer gave\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/08\/14\/white-house-says-zero-evidence-joe-in-hunters-biz-as-gop-hunts-bank-records\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">testimony<\/a> to lawmakers in which \u2064he asserted that President \u2062Biden had met with Hunter Biden&#8217;s business associates during \u200bhis vice presidency.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote><\/div>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>Additionally, whistleblower <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/former-fbi-special-agent-confirmed-key-parts-of-hunter-biden-irs-whistleblower-testimony-comer-5405170\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">IRS and FBI claims<\/a> that Hunter Biden received\u200c preferential treatment during\u2063 an investigation\u2063 into <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/democrats-mostly-sidestep-questions-on-hunter-biden-irs-allegations\/\" title=\"Democrats avoid addressing Hunter Biden IRS allegations.\">felony tax crimes<\/a>\u200b have raised further questions.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote><\/div>\n<p>Republicans have vowed to investigate the allegations further.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Comer \u200dtold Newsmax Thursday that the vote on the impeachment inquiry of the Biden family could \u2064take place as soon as the middle of this month.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<figure>\n      <a href=\"https:\/\/img.theepochtimes.com\/assets\/uploads\/2023\/05\/12\/id5260895-GettyImages-1246787698-1200x800.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><\/a><figcaption>President \u2063Joe Biden, with son Hunter Biden, arrives at Hancock Field Air National Guard Base in Syracuse, N.Y., on Feb. 4, 2023. Now, this is all up to [Speaker of the House] Kevin McCarthy[ R-Calif.], but he and I\u2019ve had several conversations. I \u2062know [House Judiciary Chair] Jim Jordan [R-Ohio] has spoken with him many times as well. I would predict that in the middle of September, we have a vote. I\u2063 will predict that it passes, and I will predict that we will use that with all these government agencies that are refusing to turn\u200b over valuable information \u200blike the National Archives,&#8221; he said.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<p>The advocacy group,\u2064 America First Legal (AFL), has also sued NARA over the emails and sought to have the agency hand over the communications.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u200b AFL, NARA has so far partially handed over some 861 emails between Rosemont Seneca, a business entity Mr. Hunter Biden co-founded, and the then-vice president, allegedly sent between January 2011 and December 2013.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;The vast majority of these emails\u2063 consisted of direct communications between Rosemont Seneca employees, including Hunter Biden, and the Office of the Vice President,&#8221; AFL said \u2062in an Aug. 30 <a href=\"https:\/\/aflegal.org\/new-hunter-biden-emails-obtained-by-america-first-legal-from-lawsuit-against-the-national-archives-reveal-over-1000-emails-between-rosemont-seneca-and-the-office-of-vice-president\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">statement<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote><\/div>\n<p>The documents also show that \u200bHunter Biden and his associates at Rosemont Seneca used the Biden family name to leverage access to the White House, AFL said.<\/p>\n<div class=\"my-5\">\n<blockquote>\n<p>Elsewhere, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/foreigners-paid-more-than-20-million-to-biden-family-associates-bank-records-5453849\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">banking records<\/a> obtained by Congress\u200d related to the Biden family&#8217;s business dealings show \u2063that over $20 million in payments from foreign\u2064 entities had \u2064be<\/p>\n<\/blockquote><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The House may soon launch an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden, as stated by House Oversight Chair James Comer (R-Ky.).
