The trials for \u200battorneys Kenneth \u200dChesebro and Sidney Powell will continue concurrently.<\/p>\n<p>In order to decide whether there should be a trial \u200bof two defendants or 19 \u200ddefendants, McAfee granted the state until \u2062Tuesday to file a brief.<\/p>\n<p>Fulton County District Attorney Fani\u2064 Willis used Georgia\u2019s \u200cracketeering legislation to \u2063launch the\u2063 case, and she claims that Trump and 18 others \u2062took part in a vast conspiracy to allegedly \u201cforcibly attempt to maintain the presidential office\u201d after Democrat Joe \u200dBiden was named as the winner.<\/p>\n<p>Some have questioned the legitimacy of the 2020 election call since \u200bit was reported that the current 80-year-old president had apparently received more votes than any other president ever.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
