Ford recently offered a 9% wage increase until 2027, along with \u200d6% lump sum payments, but this offer was also rejected by UAW.<\/p>\n<p>UAW has\u2062 filed\u200d unfair labor practice \u200bcharges against Ford,\u2064 General Motors, \u200dand Stellantis, \u2063as the union strives to negotiate\u200b fair wages and pensions.
