He would soon \u2064join Fox News and become\u2063 such a big \u2064name\u200b that his \u200d\u201cRestoring Honor\u201d rally \u2063in \u200bWashington made national headlines by drawing at\u200b least <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20100902163000\/http:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/8301-503544_162-20015214-503544.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">87,000 people<\/a> to the National Mall in 2010. (Beck estimated\u2064 the crowd at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnn.com\/2010\/POLITICS\/08\/30\/glenn.beck.rally.monday\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">300,000 to 650,000<\/a>.)<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Beck spoke about the \u200cSinclair story.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere were so \u2062many things going on at the \u200ctime \u2014 the \u2064Jeremiah \u200cWright thing, I thought was much more important \u2014\u200b I don\u2019t know if we knew about \u200dthe crack thing, but the\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/ca-state-sen-scott-wieners-bill-decriminalizing-psychedelics-moves-forward-after-removing-date-rape-drug\/\" title=\"CA State Sen. Scott Wiener\u2019s Bill Decriminalizing Psychedelics Moves Forward After Removing Date-Rape Drug\">gay sex<\/a> we knew,\u201d Beck said on his \u200bshow.<\/p>\n<p>You may recall that in \u20632008, the media tried to \u2063ignore the story of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/larry-elder-media-strategy-rescue-bidens-campaign-isnt-new-remember-saved-obama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wright<\/a>, \u200bwho was Obama\u2019s preacher in\u2062 Chicago, <a href=\"https:\/\/abcnews.go.com\/Blotter\/DemocraticDebate\/story?id=4443788&#038;page=1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">telling his congregation<\/a> not to say \u201cGod bless America\u201d but\u200d instead \u201cGod d*** America.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know\u200d this\u2062 guy said it,\u201d Beck said of what he knew about Sinclair\u2019s claims \u2063in 2007. \u201cAnd that\u2019s why\u2064 we never reported it \u2014 \u2063it was one source.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But now there \u2063is a second source supporting the allegations about Obama\u2019s homosexual interests,\u2063 he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow with\u2064 the letter,\u201d Beck continued, \u201cthat looks pretty\u2063 bad.\u200c Pretty, pretty bad. Like, yeah, OK, it probably happened.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/make-love-men-daily-redacted-portions-famous-obama-letter-uncovered-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">letter<\/a> to which he referred was written in\u200b 1982\u200b by Obama himself in which \u200dhe told an ex-girlfriend that \u2064he would \u201cmake\u200d love to men daily, but in the\u200c imagination,\u201d the \u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2023\/08\/12\/barack-obama-told-ex-i-make-love-to-men-daily-but-in-the-imagination\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">New York Post<\/a> reported last \u200dmonth.<\/p>\n<p>Beck went on to\u2064 say that even if the \u200destablishment media in 2007 did have\u200b the letter\u200b corroborating Sinclair\u2019s claims about \u200cObama, they \u200bwould have ignored it, just\u200c as they\u2063 are\u200d doing today \u2014 ignoring it \u2063and\u2063 \u201choping that it will go away,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">.<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/glennbeck?\">@glennbeck<\/a> \u2063 explains the \u2063real\u2063 story behind \u200dallegations of Obama participating in\u2064 gay \u2062conduct: \u201cThe \u200breason why this is important is \u2064because times have changed \u200cso much.\u200c The press did not pursue this story. They want to be the arbiter \u2064of the information that you get.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Beck warned his\u200b listeners that it isn\u2019t what Obama did before he became president\u200c that they should worry about. Instead, he said, they should be \u2063furious that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/top-50-examples-liberal-media-bias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">biased press<\/a> is picking and choosing what they are allowed to hear about.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe\u200b press is also making all of your decisions by excluding information,\u201d he \u2063said.<\/p>\n<p>The conservative host said researchers have found\u200c that about 15 percent of those who voted for\u2063 Joe Biden in\u200b the 2020 presidential race wouldn\u2019t have done so if they had known that\u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/whistleblower-drops-bombshell-fbi-knew-hunter-bidens-laptop-real-deal-months-made-news\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Hunter Biden\u2019s laptop<\/a> was real and\u200c not \u201cRussian disinformation,\u201d as the media claimed.<\/p>\n<p>But since the press\u200d also\u2062 ignored that story\u2064 in order to help Biden\u2063 get elected, the decision was made\u200c for those voters, Beck said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOK, they \u200cmade\u2062 the \u2062decision for you. You didn\u2019t\u2062 need to know that information,\u201d he said of the\u2063 media blackout on Hunter\u2019s laptop.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s one thing about people not\u200b reporting because you have one source. I \u2062didn\u2019t report this story,\u201d\u200c Beck\u2063 said of the Sinclair allegations. \u201cIt would come up\u2064 and I would dismiss it. If it \u2063ever came \u200bup on \u2063the air, I would say, \u2018There\u2019s enough with \u2062Jeremiah Wright, no need to go into that \u2064rumor. We \u200ddon\u2019t know\u200d if that\u2019s true.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt\u2019s\u2063 another thing when\u200b you\u2064 have physical evidence. The press\u2019s job is \u200cto look at everyone with equal eyes.\u200d But they don\u2019t anymore.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re running \u2014 I don\u2019t\u200b care if you\u2019re Republican or a Democrat \u2014 if \u2062you\u2019re \u200drunning and there\u2019s information out there, I don\u2019t want to hear\u200c all \u2064of the rumors and innuendos, but\u2064 these\u200b large\u2063 organizations have the \u200bpeople to do the research.
