min-height: 50px;  text-align: center;\">  \t<script>  \t\tgoogletag.cmd.push(function() { googletag.display('div-gpt-ad-1663871513696-art-1'); });  \t<\/script>  <\/div>\n<div class=\"ad-slot__ad-label\">Advertisement<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<p>The New\u2064 York \u2064Department of Labor filed a \u2064lawsuit against the 59-year-old alleged murderer\u200c who purportedly owes RH consultants &#038; associate\u2064 employees around $20,908 in overdue wages. <\/p>\n<p>He is also being sued for $9,767\u200c in interest, \u200b$20,208 in\u200d liquidated damages, \u2062and $33,362 in civil penalties.<\/p>\n<p>Heuermann was reportedly ordered to refund the\u2064 earnings \u200cin January 2021, more \u200bthan\u200c a year\u200c before he was\u200c identified as\u2062 the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/n-m-widower-sues-alburquerque-over-sanctuary-city-policy\/\" title=\"N.M. widower sues Alburquerque over sanctuary city policy\">suspected killer<\/a> by detectives, and he had paid back\u2064 $16,300 before his \u2064arrest in\u200b July. <\/p>\n<p>However, the murder suspect still owes a balance of $68,560.84.<\/p>\n<p>Heuermann was \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/law-enforcement-make-an-arrest-in-connection-with-gilgo-beach-murders\/\">arrested<\/a> on July 13<sup>th<\/sup> in connection\u2063 to the deaths of \u2062sex \u2062workers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oann.com\/newsroom\/gilgo-beach-murders-new-victim-identified\/\">Megan Barthelemy, Megan \u200cWaterman, and Amber Costello.<\/a> <\/p>\n<p>The deaths of \u2064the\u200b women\u200b inspired \u200dthe nickname \u201cthe Gilgo\u2063 Beach killings,\u201d since all the\u2064 bodies were found dumped on Gilgo Beach.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, investigators\u200c have \u2062yet to confirm \u200cif\u200b the murder suspect has any connection in the \u2064deaths of several\u200d other remains\u2064 that have been discovered within the vicinity of Gilgo Beach.<\/p>\n<p>Heuermann is \u200creportedly set\u2063 to appear in court on\u200c September 27<sup>th<\/sup> for a\u2063 second hearing. <\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit does\u200d not name who the wages are owed to.<\/p>\n<p>Stay informed!
