This is a tentative win for \u200dPresident Joe Biden, whose administration sued\u200b the state.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. District \u2063Court Judge David Ezra issued a preliminary injunction in Austin \u200bthat requires \u2062Texas to move the \u2063buoys, currently near the city of\u2063 Eagle Pass, to an\u200c embankment\u200d on the Texas side of \u200dthe\u200c river.
