Whatever makeup that they comprise, it\u200c strikes me that you are singling out a group that \u2064is exposed to a\u2062 clear and present danger.&#8221;\n  <\/p>\n<p>    \u200bAdopting a different gender\u2062 identity \u200dcan lead \u2062to\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/california-judge-halts-school-policy-that-would-alert-parents-of-childs-social-gender-transition\/\" title=\"California judge stops school policy notifying parents of child's gender transition.\">irreversible medical interventions \u2063including puberty blockers<\/a> and cross-sex\u2064 hormones that are not approved by the FDA. While not all of their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/rubio-biden-should-follow-science-fire-dr-fauci\/\" title=\"Rubio: Biden Should 'Follow Science,' Fire Dr. Fauci\">long-term health effects<\/a> \u2063are fully known, these drugs \u2064can impair brain development, hurt bone\u200c density \u200band\u2063 ruin sexual function while also leading \u200cto sterility, according an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC9886596\/\">NIH study<\/a>. Cross-sex hormones can raise cancer risk as well. Children suffering from\u2064 gender confusion are <a href=\"https:\/\/genspect.org\/our-position\/\">often<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/capmh.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s13034-015-0042-y\">autistic<\/a> or prone to other <a href=\"https:\/\/genspect.org\/to-help-trans-identifying-kids-follow-the-science\/\">psychiatric \u2063distress<\/a>.<br \/>\n  \u2064\n  <\/p>\n<p>    The restraining order will\u2062 take effect immediately and will stay in place \u2062while Garza weighs the full merits of the state\u2019s \u2062lawsuit against\u200d the district.\u200b He\u200d will\u2062 hear \u200ba new\u200d set of arguments\u2064 on Oct. 13.<br \/>\n \u2064\n  <\/p>\n<p>    \u2063The ruling\u200d is a setback for parents battling California\u2019s transgender agenda in public schools. Four additional districts have followed Chino\u2019s lead in passing similar parental notification policies, and three more districts are set to vote on their \u200bown versions\u200b this week.<br \/>\n  \u200b\n  <\/p>\n<p>    The \u200brestraining order comes just a week after parents\u2019\u2063 rights groups \u2062launched <a href=\"https:\/\/freebeacon.com\/california\/california-activists-file-ballot-initiatives-to-counter-states-transgender-policies\/\">three ballot initiatives<\/a> for next November that \u200bthey hope will counter gender ideology in public schools\u2014including a statewide mandate for \u200bschool districts to involve parents before socially transitioning their kids and a ban on biological boys competing on girls\u2019\u200c sports teams.\n  <\/p>\n<p>    California attorney\u2063 general Rob\u200d Bonta \u200dis pouring significant political capital in the \u200cfight\u2063 against parents, launching a\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/maxine-waters-asks-doj-to-investigate-alleged-rogue-violent-gang-of-deputies-within-l-a-county-sheriffs-dept\/\" title=\"Maxine Waters Asks DOJ To Investigate Alleged \u2018Rogue, Violent Gang\u2019 Of Deputies Within L.A. County Sheriff\u2019s Dept\">civil rights probe<\/a>\u200c and lawsuit against Chino and sending legal threats to the other school districts that want to involve parents. He\u2063 calls parental notification \u200bpolicies &#8220;dangerous,&#8221; and has taken to the airwaves in the past week to defend the lawsuit.\n  <\/p>\n<p>    School districts that\u2063 follow the state\u2019s preferred policy \u2064of secretly transitioning\u2063 kids have to contend with \u200btheir own \u2062legal battles. Last week, Spreckels\u200b Union School \u200dDistrict near Monterey, Calif. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/nbc-out\/out-news\/california-district-pays-100k-settle-suit-support-students-gender-tran-rcna102559\">paid $100,000<\/a> to\u200b settle a mother\u2019s \u200blawsuit alleging the district transitioned her daughter behind her back.\n  <\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A judge in Southern California has temporarily blocked a school district&#8217;s policy of informing parents about their children&#8217;s social gender transition at school.
