Johnson of the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, which \u200bpermitted Langford to live in \u200cthe Wyoming chapter \u200bof the\u200b Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority \u2062house this\u200c school year. Johnson\u2019s \u2064decision dismissed a lawsuit brought forth by the six aforementioned sorority sisters, who alleged that in admitting \u200cLangford, \u200cKappa Kappa Gamma did not follow its bylaws \u200cand breached its housing contract, among other things.<\/p>\n<p>Johnson made his decision in\u200b part because the Kappa Kappa Gamma bylaws do not \u201cexpansively\u201d define a woman.\u200d The sorority\u2019s recently updated bylaws <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kappakappagamma.org\/globalassets\/kkg\/stayconnected\/events\/convention\/bylaws-faqs.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">read<\/a> \u2064that a woman is \u201cdefined as an individual who \u2064consistently lives and self-identifies as a woman.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Even with the sorority\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/msnbc-gushes-over-trans-identifying-man-accused-of-sexually-harassing-sorority-girls\/\" title=\"MSNBC praises trans-identifying man accused of harassing sorority girls.\">woke-ified bylaws<\/a>, however, Langford still appears to be in violation of the rules. <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/04\/25\/judge-forces-sorority-girls-to-disclose-identities-to-stop-creepy-man-from-moving-into-their-house\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">According<\/a> to the plaintiffs, Langford, who is reportedly 6\u20192\u2019\u2019 and\u200d weighs 260 pounds, has undergone no chemical or surgical interventions. Moreover, \u200dthe \u200bwomen claim that Langford rarely attempts to even <em>look<\/em> like \u200da female, which means he does\u2062 not \u201cconsistently [live]\u201d like a woman.<\/p>\n<p>During the MSNBC interview, Langford and Vossoughian repeatedly claimed that Langford was targeted and \u2064attacked because of \u2063his \u201ctrans identity,\u201d with Langford likening\u2063 his experience to racial and religious discrimination.<\/p>\n<p>This \u200bis \u2064false. The \u200bwomen did not oppose Langford\u2019s admittance because he is \u2063trans-identifying; they opposed\u2063 it because he\u2062 is a man. \u201cAn adult human male does not become a woman just because he tells others that he has a female \u2018gender identity\u2019\u2063 and behaves in what\u200d he believes to be a stereotypically female manner,\u201d reads the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>More\u2063 importantly, his admittance poses an immediate,\u2062 serious risk \u2064to the women\u2019s safety. Yet not once did Vossoughian report on the allegations in the lawsuit, let alone question Langford about them. Apparently, MSNBC has abandoned the \u201cbelieve all women\u201d mantra that it \u2062desperately clung to \u200bduring the Trump years.<\/p>\n<p>The lawsuit details how Langford does not appear\u200c to\u200c be a well-meaning, gender-dysphoric individual but a predator. The women accuse Langford of staring at sorority sisters without talking for\u200c hours, asking inappropriate\u2062 questions, and at one point having \u201can erection visible through his leggings.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The\u2063 lawsuit states that during the \u200brecruitment process, Langford \u201cavoided \u200canswering \u2063questions about his hobbies, passions, \u200bor involvement \u200din other organizations.\u201d Instead, he \u200binquired about whether he could\u200c live in the \u2064sorority house and \u201ctalked about his desire to be near cadavers\u200c and to touch dead bodies.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOne <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/judge-forces-sorority-girls-to-disclose-identities-to-stop-disturbing-trans-male-from-moving-into-their-house\/\" title=\"Judge Forces Sorority Girls To Disclose Identities To Stop Disturbing \u2018Trans\u2019 Male From Moving Into Their House\">sorority member walked<\/a> down the hall to take a shower, wearing only a towel. She felt an unsettling \u2062presence, turned, and \u200bsaw [Langford] watching her silently,\u201d the lawsuit\u200c states. The \u2063sisters also\u200c claim Langford\u200b \u201crepeatedly questioned the women about what vaginas look like, breast cup size,\u2064 whether women were considering breast reductions and birth control.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>During a yoga class \u2063with \u200call the sorority members at\u200b the University of Wyoming, Langford apparently \u201csat \u200bin the back\u200d of the\u200d room\u2064 for\u200d an hour and watched the\u200c assembled women flex their bodies.\u201d The suit \u200cclaims he also used his phone to secretly take photos of the sisters in the sorority house without their consent.<\/p>\n<p>The stories shared by the plaintiffs took place\u200b last\u200d year when Langford was a member of the sorority but\u200b did not live \u200din the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority house, and there is\u200c no telling what will occur this school year now \u200dthat\u2064 he is living\u2064 with \u2063the women.
