I don\u2019t think\u200c it should\u2063 be for people\u200c to sit and have \u200da good time. There were people there\u2062 enjoying themselves and that bothered me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Oatlands, a\u200b National Trust Historic\u200c Site, is now run by \u2063a \u2064nonprofit that offers it as a nature-filled park\u200d and educates people about its history, including telling the forgotten story of enslaved people\u200d who once toiled\u200d there.<\/p>\n<p>Summers declined that\u2063 he made\u200d any threats.\u200b \u201cI didn\u2019t\u2062 threaten anyone and that will be that,\u201d he\u2063 told The Daily Wire. He said in the \u200bFacebook video that after leaving \u2064Oatlands, he made an online post that referenced burning it down, \u2064but was not being literal. \u201cI take extreme reservation with a plantation,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>Oatlands CEO Caleb M.\u200d Schutz told The Daily \u2063Wire that he could not comment on an \u201congoing case.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Summers maintains \u2063ties with top officials in \u200bthe county \u2014 in addition to\u200d a close relationship with far-Left prosecutor Buta Biberaj, Summers \u200dwas \u200conce invited to \u200dthe White House by \u2064the county\u2019s top official, Chair Phyllis\u2063 Randall, who\u200c he called\u200d his\u2064 \u201cbiGG sistah\u201d and a \u201cfriend.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In \u200dMay,\u2064 The Daily Wire \u200d <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/soros-prosecutors-staffer-dem-candidate-in-violence-tinged-group-that-plotted-against-conservative-parents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> that Summers was in a secret Facebook group with a campaign \u200dstaffer for Biberaj named\u200d Andrew Pihonak, an aide to School Board \u2064Chair Ian Serotkin, a \u2063local reporter,\u200c and other \u2062Loudoun\u2064 activists in which they made violent\u200d threats against political opponents.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSomeone\u2064 gonna \u200bget hurt on\u2064 their \u2063side and I hope I get to do it,\u201d Summers wrote. \u201cI\u2019m sooo ready to show up with guns lol.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>After Pihonack falsely accused a conservative resident who spoke before the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-bombshell-mi-judge-grants-attorney-matt-deperno-permission-to-release-results-of-forensic-examination-on-16-dominion-voting-machines-in-antrim-co-video\/\" title=\"BREAKING BOMBSHELL: MI Judge Grants Attorney Matt DePerno Permission To RELEASE Results Of Forensic Examination On 16 Dominion Voting Machines In Antrim Co. [VIDEO]\">school board<\/a> of\u2062 threatening to\u2064 drown gays, Summers plotted how to retaliate. \u201cReciprocation is our only move,\u201d Summers said. \u201cAnd I don\u2019t care how that\u200c comes across \u2026 SOMETHING has to happen\u2062 to one of them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf\u2064 he had\u2063 said\u200d that s*** about black kids or autistic kids I \u200cwould shoot him,\u201d\u2062 Summers added. \u201cPeople \u200cget ended for less than that\u2026 They know I don\u2019t care about\u2063 jail \u2062or lawsuits.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h2>Elicia Brand, who a Loudoun Love Warrior suggested should be \u201ccurb-stomped,\u201d\u2062 said the Love Warriors are so fixated \u2064about who wins races for sheriff and\u2063 prosecutor because they believe that their\u200c candidates\u200d won\u2019t enforce laws \u200dagainst them.<\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The Loudoun County Democratic\u200c Committee \u2063disavowed the\u2063 Loudon Love Warriors, but not the county\u2019s prosecutor, Buta Biberaj.<\/p>\n<p>On June 6 \u2063she\u200b wrote to Sheriff Mike Chapman, a Republican,\u200b instructing him to investigate a <a href=\"https:\/\/wjla.com\/news\/local\/loudoun-love-warriors-sheriff-investigation-billboards-buta-biberaj-phyllis-randall-commonwealths-attorney-board-facebook-group-social-media-threats-parents-accuracy-in-media-adam-guillette\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">conservative group\u2064 that \u200bcriticized<\/a> the Loudoun Love Warriors by \u2064renting billboard trucks with quotes from their \u2062members. \u201cI have \u2063been contacted by several members \u2063of the Loudoun \u2062community\u200b who have expressed fear\u200b and concern about being harassed and \u2062intimidated,\u201d \u200bshe wrote. \u201cPlease assign a member \u2063of your team to investigate this matter\u200c so as to \u200bprevent any unlawfulness.\u201d \u200bShe\u2062 cited two\u200b states in \u200cthe Virginia code, both of which appear to be\u2063 civil statutes that did not apply.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_615179\" style=\"width: 1034px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\">\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-615179\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Left, \u200bDerek Summers with Loudoun \u200cBoard of \u200dSupervisors Chair Phyllis Randall. (Facebook\/Sheriff\u2019s\u200d Office)<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>On June 20, Summers and other Loudoun \u2062Love \u200cWarriors \u2062made up\u2062 a sizable portion \u2063of \u2063the volunteers at her victory party after winning the Democrat primary.<\/p>\n<p>Biberaj did not return a request for\u200d comment on whether she will \u200bprosecute Summers, or recuse herself \u2064from the case due to conflict \u2063of interest. After she recused from another case\u2063 involving school board politics, it was assigned \u2062to a fellow Soros prosecutor from a different jurisdiction, who dropped it.<\/p>\n<p>Summers \u200din the Facebook video presented \u2063himself \u2064as legally untouchable, boasting about \u200ball the times\u200b legal efforts against \u200bhim have failed.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u200c spent about 3.5 hours\u200d in custody yesterday,\u2064 I\u2019m out on PR\u2064 bond \u2063right now. My lawyer\u2019s \u2062about to go 3-0 this year,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s\u2062 a reference\u200b to the time a\u2064 Left-wing Loudoun \u200cjudge <a href=\"https:\/\/www.loudountimes.com\/news\/education\/loudoun-love-warriors-chat-group-informant-denied-protection-order-against-group-member\/article_78ace610-2033-11ee-8b43-af5f2ce402b5.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">denied<\/a> a request \u2062for a protective \u2063order \u2064filed by a conservative mom. Summers testified\u2063 in that matter that although he called \u200dher a \u201ccracker,\u201d he didn\u2019t mean \u2062it as \u200ca racial slur.<\/p>\n<p>In\u200c a video soon after, Summers laughed\u2063 at the idea that he was not a\u200b dangerous person, and \u200babout\u2062 the audacity of his testimony in \u2063court. \u2063\u201cI was\u2064 talking about beating the\u200d case because I don\u2019t be dangerous\u2064 and don\u2019t\u200b be around dangerous \u2062people (hahahah) \u2063I\u2019m \u2018bout to \u200dcrack me a whole \u200bcracker today,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI \u2062called this lady a\u200d cracker in court and then this \u200bsuper \u2064crackified lawyer said\u2064 you throw racial slurs around\u2026 he said \u2018did you call her a cracker?\u2019 and I said \u2018no\u2019 and he was stuck \u200dbecause\u200c I\u2062 literally just called her one \u2064in front of everyone,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe said \u2018what \u2062would you \u200cdo if someone called you racial slurs?\u2019 and I \u2062said \u200d\u2018are you \u2063trying to imply that cracker is anywhere near as bad as \u200cthe n-word?\u2019 and he looked up at the\u2064 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/black-female-judge-defends-gops-blackburn-from-naacps-racism-charge\/\" title=\"Black Female Judge Defends GOP\u2019s Blackburn From NAACP\u2019s Racism Charge\">black female judge<\/a> whose dreadlocks\u2064 are a little longer than mine,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>In another video, he recounted\u200c interacting with five police officers in\u200c July\u200c after he\u200c attempted to fight a man because \u201cthe day of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/leftist-activist-arrested-in-loudoun-county-after-threatening-to-burn-down-historic-site-sheriff-says\/\" title=\"Leftist activist arrested in Loudoun County for threatening to burn historic site, sheriff reports.\">hate-filled privileged\u2064 cis male<\/a>, add all that Christian white male whatever, is over \u2063with.\u201d He said the man \u201cconsented\u201d to a fight by crossing\u2064 the street.<\/p>\n<p>He said that it is important to replace Sheriff\u200b Chapman with\u2062 Craig Buckley,\u2062 a Democrat candidate\u2064 for sheriff whose campaign consultant was also a\u2064 member of \u2064the Love Warriors. \u201cWe about to get Chapman out of here, \u2064we about to get\u2063 a real solid individual, an actual human being in office,\u201d \u200bSummers said.<\/p>\n<p>Virginia Attorney General Jason Miyares\u2062 had proposed a bill giving his office powers to step in and prosecute\u2064 cases that \u200blocal prosecutors \u200dwould not, but it was \u200dkilled by the Democrat-controlled Senate.<\/p>\n<p>Victoria \u2062LaCivita, a spokeswoman for Miyares, told\u2063 The Daily\u200b Wire\u200d that\u2063 Miyares is \u201cconcerned for the integrity of the justice system,\u201d and said that Buteraj should recuse herself from the case.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAn \u200belected\u2064 Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney should \u200bnot use her\u2064 position to shield\u2064 her political allies from prosecution\u2062 while at the same time using her\u2062 position to pursue her political adversaries,\u201d LaCivita said. \u201cThe\u200b law in Virginia is clear, that when a Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney has a\u200c relationship with an accused \u2062that makes it improper for him\u2063 or \u200cher to act, the Commonwealth\u2019s\u200c Attorney should recuse himself or\u2062 herself and \u2064I call on\u2064 the Loudoun County Commonwealth\u2019s Attorney to do so immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Elicia Brand, a conservative mother \u200bwho \u200ba \u2063Loudoun Love Warrior\u2062 suggested should \u200bbe \u201ccurb-stomped,\u201d\u2062 said the reason the Loudoun Love\u2063 Warriors are so fixated about who wins races for sheriff and prosecutor is\u200b because they believe \u200cthat their candidates\u2062 won\u2019t enforce laws against them.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHe just \u2063keeps getting away with it.
