The fear they \u2064sow germinates into a hatred for conservatives. Then they \u2062lie about their accomplishments and are cynical enough to believe that their base will swallow\u200c the lies without question.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>That was then. Today,\u2062 progressives are venturing into\u200c uncharted waters by\u2062 overtly weaponizing\u2063 the deep state \u2014 in particular the Department of Justice \u2014 to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sen-cruz-obama-biden-doj-was-politicized-and-weaponized-against-opponents\/\" title=\"Sen. Cruz: Obama-Biden DOJ was \u2018politicized and weaponized\u2019 against opponents\">target political opponents<\/a>. That\u2019s not American.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Mike Huckabee sees the writing on the wall. \u2063In his opening monologue on the TBS show \u201cHuckabee,\u201d the former governor\u2064 of Arkansas and presidential candidate sounded the\u2062 alarm. Citizens \u2062of the United States would do well to listen and spread the warning.\u2063 If progressives \u200care allowed to get away with the\u2064 political persecution\u2064 of former President Donald \u2064Trump, 2024 \u200bmight be the \u200dlast U.S. election decided by ballots.<\/p>\n<h3>Thuggery at \u200dTaxpayer Expense<\/h3>\n<p>\u201cDo you know how political\u200c opponents to those in power are dealt with in third-world dictatorships, banana republics and communist regimes?\u201d Huckabee asked \u2064at the beginning of the show. \u201cWell, \u2064it\u2019s simple. The people in \u2063power use\u2062 their\u2064 police\u200b agencies to arrest their opponents for made-up crimes in an attempt\u2063 to discredit them, bankrupt them, imprison\u2062 them and\u200d exile\u200b them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>If that\u200d sounds like hype from a conservative pundit, it\u2019s not.\u200c If it sounds like Huckabee is talking about Russia, China or another totalitarian regime, he\u2019s not.\u2063 He\u2019s talking about\u200c the United \u2062States of America.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf you\u2019re not paying attention,\u201d Huckabee continued, \u201cyou may not realize \u200bthat\u2063 Joe Biden is using\u200b exactly those \u200btactics to make sure that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-rapper-yg-sang-f-donald-trump-says-black-community-shifting-toward-maga-biden-aint-nothing-us\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Donald\u200d Trump<\/a> is not his opponent in 2024. Now, folks, this kind of thuggery\u2063 at taxpayer \u2062expense isn\u2019t supposed to happen in the United\u2062 States.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>But it\u2062 is, and, as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/mike-huckabee-believes-trump-will-convicted-d-c-case-will-make-way-scotus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Huckabee<\/a> points out, \u2064you \u2014 the taxpayer \u2014 are paying for it. Like it \u2064or not, you are complicit, however unwillingly, in the progressive scheme for the U.S. to become a one-party totalitarian \u2063nation.<\/p>\n<h3>Clear Evidence and Double Standards<\/h3>\n<p>Huckabee then lays out \u200cthe evidence that is \u2062hiding in plain sight for anyone who has\u200d eyes to see. He \u2062goes over the Biden crime family\u2019s bribery, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/miles-anonymous-taylor-accidentally-exposes-the-fraudulence-of-the-mainstream-media\/\" title=\"Miles 'Anonymous' Taylor Accidentally Exposes the Fraudulence of the Mainstream Media\">money laundering<\/a> and\u200c influence-peddling allegations. He touches\u2063 on credible government whistleblowers whose \u200ctestimony makes it clear the Department of Justice has treated Biden and Trump radically differently.<\/p>\n<p>Huckabee then goes on to point out that constitutional\u2062 scholars such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/dershowitz-trumps-prosecutors-banned-using-one-word-case-45\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Alan Dershowitz<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/turley-hard-imagine-stronger-case-special-counsel-biden-familys-influence-peddling-scheme\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jonathan Turley<\/a>, both Democrats,\u2062 make \u2064compelling \u2063arguments that the so-called crimes Trump is charged with \u2063are not crimes at all.<\/p>\n<p>It is clear \u2062that the Biden team \u2014 it may be more appropriate to call them all die-hard <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/tucker-asks-trump-question-back-everyones-mind-heading-toward-civil-war\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Marxists<\/a> who will do anything to undermine the West\u2062 \u2014 seeks to destroy Trump in the courthouse so he has no chance at the ballot box.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf these tactics end up \u2063working to keep Trump from winning\u2062 or even running in\u200c 2024,\u201d Huckabee warned, \u201cit is going to be the last American election that will be decided by ballots rather than bullets.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>The Road to Perdition<\/h3>\n<p>Powerful words. It sounds \u2064like Huckabee is predicting civil war if the progressives manage to unfairly\u200d block Trump from the presidency by any means necessary. When \u2062the end \u200bjustifies the means \u2014 as it does for Biden and his ilk \u2014 ethics, morality, \u200band virtue\u200c are \u2062not only moot, they\u2019re \u2062seen as detrimental.<\/p>\n<p>The craving for power lures progressives\u200d like moths to the flame. It would be fine if all they \u2064were going to destroy was themselves\u2063 \u2014 as they inevitably will. But to achieve\u2064 their goals they\u2019ll have to burn up the Constitution to ash along with the country that was \u200dbuilt on it.<\/p>\n<p>Do you want to be \u200ccomplicit in\u200d that?<\/p>\n<p>Huckabee goes\u2063 on to\u200b provide a litany of the Biden administration\u2019s failures \u2014 the economy, the border,\u200d energy independence and the list goes on.\u200d He then \u2064reiterates the corruption of the Biden \u200dcrime \u2062family \u2014 making illicit money off of China, Russia, and Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>It isn\u2019t a pretty picture that Huckabee \u2064paints. It\u2019s not political hyperbole designed to instill fear either. It\u2019s \u2062happening right in front of our faces and the progressives either \u200dthink the American \u2064people are too dumb to catch\u200d on or \u200bthey just don\u2019t care.<\/p>\n<p>I think it\u2019s the\u2063 latter. They don\u2019t care what the people think because progressives see the people as the \u200bproblem\u2063 and themselves as\u2064 the solution. They\u200c seek \u2062to\u200c take away your decision-making \u200dcapabilities and make your decisions for you.<\/p>\n<p>Progressives want to tell you\u2064 what kind of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/researcher-dead-experimental-hybrid-electric-car-explodes-driving\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">car to drive<\/a>, what to eat, what kind of stove \u2062you\u2064 can\u200d cook on. They\u2062 want all the \u2064power. They\u200c want \u2064to make you an automaton. For progressives, the people are a \u200csociological experiment\u2062 designed to create a utopia.<\/p>\n<p>Welcome to the road \u2062to perdition, and this one isn\u2019t even paved with good intentions. It\u2019s paved with contempt for people like you \u2062and me.\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/satan-proud-ex-disney-star-releases-swine-video-definitely-not-safe-kids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Satan<\/a>, one would think, would at least make it appear like a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mike-huckabee-2024-might-be-the-last-election-that-is-decided-by-ballots\/\" title=\"Huckabee: 2024 Could Be the Final Ballot-Based Election\">yellow-brick road leading<\/a> to the\u2063 wizard. \u2063Biden\u2019s road is made of bubbling tar that \u200breeks\u2064 of brimstone. It\u2019s ugly as hell.<\/p>\n<p>Huckabee\u2019s right.
