Jaskol, informing her\u2063 that the case had been successfully resolved. Additionally, Mr. Hand would have \u2063been searched\u2062 and drug-tested \u2063when his \u200croommate overdosed.<\/p>\n<p>Contrary to these\u2064 expectations, the Dream Center allegedly employed three unqualified individuals to supervise approximately 145 residents,\u200b as stated in the \u200dplaintiffs&#8217; attorneys&#8217; court papers.<\/p>\n<p>Mr.\u2063 Hand, who had\u200d a \u2064history of addiction, became a resident of the Dream Center facility \u2064in January 2020. He acknowledged his dependency \u200con alcohol and drugs and sought to overcome\u2063 his \u2064condition through the program.<\/p>\n<p>Prior \u200bto Mr. Hand&#8217;s admission, the Dream\u2063 Center staff assured him and his parents\u2062 that the \u2064residential \u200dprogram was suitable for his needs.
