Enis \u2064Sujak, a former Best Buy employee and Geek Squad member, \u2063spoke out about his termination, stating, \u201cMy family fled \u2064religious persecution in Serbia \u200cso I could live my life as a Christian without being\u200c persecuted for my beliefs \u2014 yet\u200c that is exactly\u2063 what is happening.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sujak, a Serbian \u200cimmigrant living\u200d in Jacksonville, Florida, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/best-buy-employee-says-tech-company-fired-him-after-he-exposed-alleged-religious-discrimination-lgbtq-preference\/\" title=\"Best Buy worker claims termination for revealing religious bias, LGBTQ favoritism.\">recently \u2064exposed recorded\u200c conversations<\/a> with his manager to investigative journalist\u2064 James O\u2019Keefe for his O\u2019Keefe Media Group. In the conversation, Sujak \u2062questioned why LGBTQ\u2063 flags were deemed appropriate in\u2064 the \u200doffice while Christian crosses were \u2062prohibited. His manager, \u2062Mike Hirsch, allegedly responded by saying, \u201cYou are choosing to believe in Christianity \u2026 they\u200b [LGBTQ community] don\u2019t choose it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sujak expressed his frustration with the\u2064 double standards, stating, \u201cIt\u2019s not okay for\u2062 me to be a Christian myself \u2064and have a Bible right over there \u2014\u200c that\u2019s right there at the office \u2014 or have a cross or a\u200b Koran \u2062or anything like that. But you know, having LGBTQ pride flag \u200deverywhere \u2064else. That is work-appropriate, and I wasn\u2019t standing for that.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Best Buy\u2019s website claims to be committed to an Equal \u2063Employment Opportunity policy, stating, \u201cBest Buy will not discriminate\u200b on the basis of age, sex, race, color, creed, religion, ethnicity, sexual\u2063 orientation, gender identity, gender expression, national \u200borigin, \u200calienage\u2062 or citizenship, disability, marital status, military or veteran status, \u2063or\u2064 any other \u200blegally recognized protected basis under federal, state or local\u200d laws, regulations or ordinances.\u201d However, Sujak\u2062 plans to file a civil rights \u200dlawsuit against \u2064Best Buy for allegedly violating his\u200d right to be free from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/heres-what-each-of-bidens-42-executive-orders-will-actually-do\/\" title=\"Here\u2019s What Each Of Biden\u2019s 42 Executive Orders Will Actually Do\">workplace discrimination based<\/a> on religion, gender, and\u2063 sexual orientation.<\/p>\n<p>Sujak is not the only whistleblower to come \u2063forward regarding discrimination at Best Buy.
