LETITIA JAMES CASE, I WAS TARGETED,\u2062 GIVEN NO JURY, NO EXTENSIONS, NO COMMERCIAL DIVISION, NO CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, NO ANYTHING!\u201d Trump posted \u2062in his trademark all-caps messaging.<\/p>\n<p>The former president continued his attack: \u201cTHE DEMOCRAT JUDGE HATES TRUMP WITH \u2063A PASSION. Therefore, the Defendants are entitled to\u2064 summary\u200c judgment \u2063as a matter of law,\u201d Trump\u2019s attorneys wrote.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe undisputed record further \u2064establishes his companies \u2063timely paid hundreds of millions of dollars in interest to\u200b their lenders and never defaulted \u2063on \u200ca loan or even been late on a loan payment during the entire 15+ year time\u200c period \u200cthe NYAG has \u200csought to scrutinize in this action.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Trump said in a deposition that the Trump Organization\u2019s former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/gm-puts-profit-ahead-of-growth-veering-away-from-tesla\/\" title=\"GM prioritizes profit over growth, diverging from Tesla.\">chief\u2063 financial officer<\/a>, Allen Weisselberg mostly did that clerical\u2064 work.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI \u2062think\u2064 he just uses good faith. \u2063I just \u2013 you know, you\u2019d see a property \u200cand, \u200cI think, he looked at comparables perhaps. But I never went into \u2064it very much.
