Despite \u2063his attempt to withdraw his\u2064 plea\u200d the \u2063following\u2062 month, his efforts were \u200cunsuccessful.<\/p>\n<p>The incident took place on July 15, 2021, when Miguel Penaloza, 36, was shot while trying to stop two <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/happy-anniversary-lincoln-project-founder-rick-wilson-celebrates-7-years-since-390k-tax-lien\/\" title=\"Happy Anniversary!
