Nebraska<\/h3>\n<p>Six Republican-led states filed a lawsuit against Biden&#8217;s plan to eliminate $20,000 in student debt. They argued that Biden overstepped his authority by canceling debt without authorization from \u2064Congress. The Supreme\u200d Court ruled against Biden, stating \u2062that clear\u2064 congressional authorization was needed.<\/p>\n<h3>Department of Education v.
