So don&#8217;t even think about it,&#8221; he said. \u2064&#8221;We will not\u2063 shut down our schools. We will not accept your lockdowns. Later in 2020, President Trump declared that he opposes lockdowns and mandates, saying that &#8220;lockdowns\u200b are killing countries all over the\u2063 world&#8221; and called \u200con &#8220;Democrat governors&#8221; to &#8220;open up&#8221; their \u200cstates.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Just a reminder. <strong>We will not comply. \u200bEver again. But don\u2019t worry,\u200b it\u2019s \u2064just for the next\u200b 14 days! For your own protection! \u200cPs. Students WAKE UP, SHEEPLE! Put the word out: <strong>We will not comply.<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\n<h2>Reinstated Mandates<\/h2>\n<p>The\u200d anti-mandate messaging comes as some hospitals in several states have moved to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/liberal-prof-cries-over-lack-of-mask-mandate-there-is-no-such-thing-as-a-personal-choice-in-a-pandemic\/\" title=\"Liberal Prof Cries Over Lack Of Mask Mandate: \u2018There Is No Such Thing As A Personal Choice In A Pandemic\u2019\">reinstate mask mandates<\/a>, although \u200bsome have only made it mandatory for doctors, nurses, and staff. But some\u200b have forced the rule on patients and \u2062visitors, too.<\/p>\n<p>This week, Samaritan Health Facilities announced that \u200dit would <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-extends-mask-requirements-for-air-travel-through-the-winter\/\" title=\"Biden Extends Mask Requirements for Air Travel Through the Winter\">require masking<\/a> for staff, \u2064patients, and visitors. \u200cA public \u2062relations official\u2062 with the hospital, Leslie DiStefano, claimed it\u200d is being done because \u201cwe know\u200c is \u200dthat \u200c [masking] absolutely works,\u201d despite \u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/opinion\/more-than-150-comparative-studies-and-articles-on-mask-ineffectiveness-and-harms-4230904\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hundreds of \u2064studies<\/a> showing otherwise.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier this month, United Health Services in Binghamton, New York, confirmed that it would again <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/despite-insistence-by-democrat-politicians-and-medical-elites-empirical-evidence-does-not-conclusively-show-that-masks-reduce-the-spread-of-covid\/\" title=\"Despite Insistence by Democrat Politicians and Medical Elites, Empirical Evidence DOES NOT Conclusively Show that Masks Reduce the Spread of COVID\">require masks<\/a> for patients, visitors, staff,\u2062 and doctors. \u201cBecause of an uptick in\u200c COVID-19 cases, masks\u2063 are once again required in all\u2062 clinical areas at UHS Wilson Medical Center, UHS \u200dBinghamton General Hospital, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital \u2062and UHS Delaware Valley Hospital, as well as primary and specialty care\u200b sites,\u201d \u200bUnited Health Services stated on its website.<\/p>\n<p>The policy, imposed\u200d last week, is\u2062 \u201cin effect \u2063immediately \u2064for all patients, visitors, employees, medical staff, volunteers, students and vendors.\u201d It added: \u201cMasks are required at\u200c nurses\u2019\u200b stations and in conference rooms within clinical departments, including areas where \u200cpatients register, wait, transport through,\u200d or receive testing and care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Masks will also \u2064be mandated\u200d in \u201ccommon spaces,\u201d the announcement added. That includes hospital \u2064lobbies, hallways, stairwells, cafeterias, and patient \u200bcare\u200d units.<\/p>\n<p>Elsewhere in New\u2062 York, Auburn Community Hospital in Auburn, located upstate, said on Aug. 19, about a month after its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/mask-mandate-return-sparks-we-will-not-comply-trend\/\" title=\"Mask mandate resurgence fuels 'No Compliance' movement.\">previous mask mandate ended<\/a>, that it would again be requiring masks on-site. That applies\u200b to\u200d anyone going inside the facility, regardless of vaccination status.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFace coverings are mandatory inside our facilities, \u200bregardless of your \u2064immunization status,\u201d the statement reads. \u201cIf you\u2064 do not arrive with one\u2063 or yours is deemed inappropriate, a mask will be provided to you.
