Mr. Skinner \u2064and\u2063 Mr. \u200bMarshall each\u2063 also face two counts of grand theft. Mr. Tobias pleaded not\u2062 guilty at \u2062his arraignment in the same courthouse \u2063the following day. Preliminary hearings are\u200d scheduled\u200d to be set on Sept. 13.<\/p>\n<p>On Aug. 25, Mr. Skinner and Mr.\u2062 Marshall allegedly drove \u200bto Ross Dress for Less located at 8985 Venice \u200bBlvd., Los\u2063 Angeles. They are accused of entering the \u200dstore and immediately taking merchandise in the presence of store employees.<\/p>\n<p>Three days later, at about 6:17 p.m., prosecutors allege Mr. Skinner, \u200dMr. Marshall, and Mr. Tobias entered the Ross Dress\u200b for Less store at 10818 Jefferson Blvd., \u200cCulver\u2064 City and immediately began to\u2064 take merchandise \u200cwithout paying. \u200bMr. Tywann allegedly waited in a getaway car.
