Instead, he will submit a written \u200bnot-guilty plea to \u2063the Fulton County Superior Court.<\/p>\n<p>The defendants&#8217; attorneys argue that the charges infringe on their \u200cclients&#8217; rights to \u2063free speech, including their right to challenge the \u2063legitimacy of \u200dthe 2020 election results.<\/p>\n<p>Giuliani&#8217;s bond\u2062 has\u2064 been set at \u2064$150,000, \u2063and he is prohibited from communicating with the other defendants.<\/p>\n<p>Interestingly, Giuliani faces the same number of felony counts as President \u2063Trump,\u200b which is more than what the \u2062other co-defendants are facing.<\/p>\n<p>The charges against Giuliani include violating Georgia&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/harrison-floyd-to-remain-in-fulton-county-jail-after-judge-denies-to-set-bond\/\" title=\"Harrison Floyd will stay in Fulton County Jail as bond request is denied by judge.\">anti-racketeering law<\/a>, soliciting\u200b a\u2062 public officer to violate their oath,\u200c false statements and \u200bwritings,\u2062 conspiracy to\u200c <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/4th-trump-indictment-sparks-partisan-reactions\/\" title=\"4th Trump Indictment Ignites Partisan Responses\">commit false statements<\/a> and writings, conspiracy to commit forgery in the first degree, conspiracy to \u2063commit impersonating a public officer, and conspiracy to commit \u200dfiling false \u2062documents.<\/p>\n<p>President Trump, like Giuliani, has \u200balso pleaded not\u200d guilty in the case.<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor Fani Willis has expressed her desire\u200d to try all 19 defendants together.
