In the \u2063interview, Dworman tells Bump that he wanted to talk \u2063with the &#8220;smartest&#8221; person who\u200d disagrees with him on the significance of the Joe Biden corruption saga as\u2063 it relates to Biden&#8217;s son, Hunter. After an hour \u2063of innocuous questions from Dworman, Bump called the affair &#8220;a setup&#8221; and walked out.<\/p>\n<p>Wild.<\/p>\n<p>But during\u2063 that\u200b hour, it was \u2063remarkable how frequently, in utter\u2062 despair, Bump pleaded for Dworman to offer him &#8220;evidence&#8221; that the president is or was directly involved in his son&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/washington-posts-philip-bump-embarrasses-himself-while-defending-joe-bidens-corruption\/\" title=\"Washington Post's Philip Bump defends Biden's alleged corruption, but falls short.\">comically unfathomable foreign\u2064 business operation<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Dworman conceded that every\u200c exhibit he had to offer was simply evidence, rather than ironclad proof, before <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/02\/devon-archer-joes-speakerphone-calls-with-hunters-business-associates-were-an-abuse-of-soft-power\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">playing clips<\/a> of Hunter&#8217;s former <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/breaking-president-trump-gives-pardons-to-73-individuals-and-commutes-another-70-sentences-steve-bannon-is-included\/\" title=\"BREAKING: President Trump Gives Pardons to 73 Individuals and Commutes Another 70 Sentences \u2013 Steve Bannon Is Included\">business partners<\/a>, citing <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/01\/evidence-of-biden-burisma-corruption-is-overwhelming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Congressional testimony<\/a>,\u200d and reading from <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/06\/22\/hunter-biden-threatened-my-father-could-hold-a-grudge-in-extortive-message-to-chinese-associate-revealed-by-whistleblower\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">written communications<\/a>, all of \u200cwhich indicate \u2063that Joe Biden not only knew but was a cognizant player in his son&#8217;s dealings. And those dealings, worth millions, were made possible purely by nature of the \u2062Bidens having high-level U.S. government influence \u2062via Joe having\u2064 been a longtime senator and\u2062 then a two-term vice president.<\/p>\n<p>The evidence <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/21\/everyone-knows-why-joe-biden-used-a-pseudonym-corruption\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">is overwhelming<\/a>. \u200dEven if nobody calls it &#8220;proof,&#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/08\/01\/media-invent-new-biden-standard-proof-and-a-smoking-gun-of-bribery-scheme-or-its-not-a-scandal-at-all\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">it&#8217;s irrefutable<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Proof would be a \u200bvideo or\u200b audio recording of Biden and his son discussing the details of their shakedown schemes. To date, that&#8217;s not \u200bknown to\u200b exist. Proof would be testimony\u200d that the former vice president signed contracts with his son&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fncs-carlson-if-youre-looking-for-election-rigging-look-no-further-than-media-treatment-of-hunter-biden-saga\/\" title=\"FNC's Carlson: 'If You're Looking for Election Rigging, Look No Further' Than Media Treatment of Hunter Biden Saga\">business associates<\/a>. To date, that&#8217;s not known to exist. Proof would be \u2062at least \u200ba photo of Biden \u200dwith his \u2064son&#8217;s clients.<\/p>\n<p>Wait, never mind. That last one <a href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2020\/10\/20\/photo-biden-meets-hunters-alleged-partner-from-kazakhstan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">actually does exist<\/a>.\u200d My fault!<\/p>\n<p>All the while, Bump said \u2062over and over that none of it\u200c was &#8220;evidence&#8221;\u200b when, if he were a smart person, he would\u200d have said none \u2064of it was &#8220;proof.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You have no\u2064 evidence that Joe Biden acted on Hunter Biden&#8217;s behalf, or that Joe Biden took money!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Find me evidence! There is none!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;You&#8217;ve offered no evidence beyond your\u200b parsing&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This conversation is\u200d silly!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;This is why I keep saying\u200d it&#8217;s silly!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Curiously, Bump would, at\u200c times throughout the interview, \u2064reject anything Dworman said\u2064 with the declaration that Dworman \u2064&#8221;refused&#8221; to &#8220;engage with&#8221; the contradictory\u200d &#8220;broader evidence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Okay, yes, there \u2063is contradictory evidence to suggest Joe Biden is actually an absolute moron who in no way had any idea that\u200d his son was using his high-ranking\u200b position in the U.S. government to rake in millions and that Biden in \u200bno way cooperated\u200d because he never directly accepted \u2063funds from the scheme. But one set of evidence doesn&#8217;t negate another. They compete. And\u200b the competition is only fair when people \u2063like Bump weigh\u200d them fairly, which he doesn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>He sets it aside and \u200dsays it&#8217;s &#8220;not evidence.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Criminal trials routinely\u2062 conclude \u200bwith a conviction not based on proof but on evidence. Alex Murdaugh this \u2063year <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2023\/03\/06\/new-york-times-writers-take-on-the-alex-murdaugh-murders-is-the-reason-why-liberals-cant-be-trusted-on-crime\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">was found guilty<\/a> \u200dof murdering his wife and son, though he never admitted what he did. Instead, a\u2063 jury convicted him based on where \u2064he claimed to be and where evidence showed he wasn&#8217;t.<\/p>\n<p>Joe Biden has been\u200c caught in countless lies on this exact subject.
