And our plan was to do \u200dthat with this case as \u200cwell. So there\u2019s \u200dgoing \u200dto be a YouTube feed the entire\u2063 time,&#8221; as reported by \u200dthe New York Post.<\/p>\n<p>The date for\u200b the trial has not yet been set.<\/p>\n<p>Under Georgia law, court proceedings \u2063can be broadcasted\u200b upon written request and\u2062 approval, as long as \u200cthe broadcasters\u200d do not \u200ddisrupt the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s important to note that the televised\u2062 trial only applies to\u2064 the Georgia case. President Trump is also facing \u2062federal charges in \u200dWashington and\u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/three-men-indicted-for-hate-crimes-in-death-of-ahmaud-arbery\/\" title=\"Three Men Indicted For Hate Crimes In Death Of Ahmaud Arbery\">state charges<\/a> \u200cin New \u2063York.<\/p>\n<p>While photographers were allowed into President Trump&#8217;s arraignment in New York \u2062earlier this year, no portions of\u200b the \u200cproceedings were televised.<\/p>\n<p>Judge McAfee had previously ruled that\u2064 President Trump&#8217;s arraignment\u200c could be televised, but it did not take place as President Trump entered a not guilty plea \u200cearlier.<\/p>\n<p>Judge McAfee, who was randomly assigned \u2063the \u200bcase, has not recused himself despite \u2063having previously\u200c worked\u200b under\u2064 Democrat Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.<\/p>\n<p>The indictment \u2064against \u200bPresident Trump includes 13 felony counts, alleging that he and his allies, including former White House\u2063 Chief \u200dof Staff Mark Meadows, committed crimes by pressuring\u2063 authorities to investigate possible\u2062 election fraud in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-supreme-court-unanimously-rejects-trump-hail-mary-to-stop-potential-indictment\/\" title=\"Georgia Supreme Court unanimously denies Trump's attempt to halt potential indictment.\">2020 presidential \u200celection<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>President Trump and his co-defendants maintain their innocence and argue that the\u200b probe led by Ms. Willis was politically motivated.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width:640px;margin-left:auto;margin-right:auto\" class=\"alignnone\"><figcaption>Booking photo of former President \u2064Donald Trump taken at \u200cthe\u200d Fulton County Jail, Atlanta, Ga., on Aug. 24, 2023. The judge\u200d has already set an Oct. 23 trial date for one of those defendants.<\/p>\n<p>Sadow argues that giving the former president less than \u2063two months to prepare a defense against \u200da 98-page indictment would violate his constitutional \u200drights to a\u2064 fair trial and due\u200d process \u200cof law.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Willis, \u2063the Fulton \u2063County District Attorney, wants all \u2062defendants to be \u200ctried together.
