These documents \u200bincluded records of\u2062 communications between Biden family businesses and\u2064 President Biden from his time as\u200d vice president. They suggest \u2063that these businesses \u200bmay \u200chave offered favorable access \u2062to\u2064 President Biden during his time as \u200bvice president. President Biden has consistently denied\u200d any involvement \u2062in his son&#8217;s business dealings.<\/p>\n<p>AFL, a conservative organization comprised of former senior members of President Donald Trump&#8217;s administration, including former senior\u200d policy adviser Stephen Miller, \u200cinitiated the lawsuit against NARA.<\/p>\n<p>While NARA has identified hundreds of documents to be turned\u2063 over, many\u2062 of them contain\u2064 redactions. Higgins\">sister media outlet<\/a> of The Epoch Times, reached out to\u2063 the\u200d White \u200bHouse for comment but did not receive a\u200c response by \u200cpress time.<\/p>\n<h2>Hunter Biden&#8217;s\u200b White \u200cHouse Access<\/h2>\n<p>The \u200ccommunications released \u2063by NARA in response to\u200d AFL&#8217;s document request can be downloaded from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.archives.gov\/research\/vice-presidential-records\/biden-records\/2022-0121-f\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NARA website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>AFL \u200dhas identified records indicating\u2063 that Hunter Biden and his Rosemont\u2063 Seneca\u200d business\u2062 partners facilitated\u2062 White House access for their business contacts.<\/p>\n<p>In a series of emails in \u200dJune 2013, Hunter Biden was included \u2064in \u2063a Rosemont Seneca communication to the Office of \u200bthe Vice President, requesting a White House tour for a business \u200dassociate affiliated with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/exclusive-president-trumps-executive-order-from-yesterday-directly-impacts-the-bidens-investments-in-china\/\" title=\"EXCLUSIVE: President Trump\u2019s Executive Order from Yesterday Directly Impacts the Bidens\u2019 Investments in China\">venture capital firm<\/a> Third Point. A staff\u200b member from Rosemont Seneca described this Third\u2064 Point business associate as &#8220;a client \u2062of ours.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In another exchange \u200cin December\u200b 2013, \u2063lobbyist Doug Davenport contacted Eric Schwerin, a member of Rosemont Seneca, inquiring about last-minute tickets\u2064 for a White House tour for\u200d someone\u2063 from Apple. Rosemont Seneca then reached out to a staffer from the\u2064 Office of the Vice President, requesting access to a White House tour\u200b and emphasizing that it would be a &#8220;Big\u200d favor for Hunter.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Republicans Probing VP Biden Alias Communications<\/h2>\n<p>Earlier this month, the House Oversight Committee requested unredacted copies of emails that President Biden may \u200dhave\u2063 sent to his son under various aliases while he was vice \u200bpresident.<\/p>\n<p>Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky.) <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ntd.com\/comer-alleges-joe-biden-alias-revealed-in-2016-communication-involving-son-and-ukrainian-president_936937.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">raised allegations that President Biden\u200b had used aliases<\/a> after\u200d NARA identified\u2064 the name &#8220;Robert\u200c L. Peters&#8221; as part of a separate FOIA response (case number: 2023-0022-F).
