According to the filing, &#8220;Nothing in \u2062the statute supports that interpretation.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The \u200bcourt document\u200d emphasized\u2063 that prosecuting a conspiracy \u2064formed in Alabama and carried out in another state is not an extraterritorial\u200b application of\u2062 Alabama law.
