They argued that the focus on the school&#8217;s performance only serves to further marginalize disadvantaged students.<\/p>\n<p>Victoria McGee, senior director of the LeBron James Family Foundation, likened \u200cthe discussions about the\u200b school&#8217;s issues to &#8220;bullying&#8221; and an attack \u200don the school&#8217;s reputation.<\/p>\n<p>A parent, an attorney, and a LeBron James Family Foundation adviser\u2062 also addressed the\u2062 board, with a total of about\u2063 40 people affiliated with \u2064the school attending the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>Board \u2064president \u2063Derrick Hall defended the board against\u2063 accusations of unfair\u2064 treatment\u200d towards I Promise.
