With these \u200bbills, the Democratic\u2063 Party \u200csupermajority seeks to \u200bemancipate children at age 12 for any reason; to \u2063force parents to affirm the\u200b trans-identity\u200b of a child \u2063or lose custody; to mandate that school boards present even kindergarten students with overtly \u2062sexual material and \u200bscientifically inaccurate lessons,\u200b and \u2063to \u2064shut\u2064 parents up who disagree with their \u2064school boards.<\/p>\n<p>The state \u200cintends to assume the role of parents\u2064 and \u2064erase actual parents \u2064from the picture. Using a familiar playbook, \u200dstate leaders are encouraging teachers to supplant parents, by both passing laws to\u2063 exclude parents\u200c from local governance, and branding all who dissent as\u2062 domestic\u200d terrorists, bigots, and insurrectionists. Children are being instructed to keep secrets from their parents.\u2064 The government\u200c is shoving parents aside\u200c from controlling their \u200cown children\u2019s \u200bmedical treatments and\u2064 directing children with their own belief systems.<\/p>\n<p>This is not a new concept to the \u200dcommunists, but one that should \u2064horrify those who fled China \u200dand other countries for our supposed \u201cLand of the \u200cFree.\u201d Luckily, the ability \u200dto fight back without \u200ctaking up arms or fleeing in the dead of night \u2064is still possible. Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) as an honored guest at many events, but he does not have parents\u2019 best interest in mind, or children&#8217;s. Behind his outwardly \u200bmild demeanor, Mr. Wiener prioritizes the LGBTQ Caucus which pushes that notion that a\u2062 child could be born \u2063in the wrong body, and parents who do not\u200c accept this new belief system are not worthy of \u200cbeing parents. The current administration in Sacramento has been eviscerating families and parents\u2019 rights for years with little resistance,\u200c from \u2064Democrats\u2062 and Republicans alike, with the cries of equity, kindness,\u2062 and non-discrimination. But what they are doing to families is not kind.<\/p>\n<h2>12-Year-Olds Allowed to Leave Home<\/h2>\n<p>Using <a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=202320240AB665\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assembly\u200c Bill (AB) 665<\/a>, Mr. Wiener \u2063and Assemblywoman Wendy Carrillo\u2063 (D-Los Angeles) teamed up for a bill that will divorce children from \u200btheir parents \u200bwhen they reach the\u200b age of\u2063 12. \u200dCalifornia law\u2063 currently allows children 12 and older to self-consent to outpatient mental healthcare \u200dand inpatient residential shelter without parental consent, but only if they face danger at home\u2014such as abuse or incest or pose a serious danger to\u200b themselves or others. The counseling \u2063and residential shelter provided under the current law (Family \u2062Code section 6924) is paid for \u2064by Medi-Cal. With AB 665, \u200cMr. Wiener and \u2064Ms. Carrillo plan to\u2062 eliminate those \u201cdanger guardrails,\u201d and allow any\u200d 12-year-old to leave home and check into\u2064 government custody \u2063at any \u2064time, for any \u200breason, without notice to parents. Notably, neither of these lawmakers has children.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;Affirm&#8217; Gender or Lose Custody<\/h2>\n<p>This attack \u200con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/california-mother-recounts-journey-helping-daughter-while-school-keeps-transgender-status-secret\/\" title=\"California mom shares story of supporting her daughter while school hides her transgender identity.\">parental rights continues<\/a>\u200b with a second bill that Mr. \u200bWiener co-authored with Assemblywoman Lori Wilson (D-Suisun City). This bill, <a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=202320240AB957\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AB 957<\/a>, \u200cseeks to remove children of any age from the custody of\u200d parents who do not \u2062support\u2062 their child\u2019s purported gender identity, \u200bregardless of how absurd it may \u200bbe: eunuch\u2064 gender,\u2062 autism gender, agender, non-binary, \u2063\u201cfurry\u201d\u2014yes, these\u200b genders must be affirmed\u2062 if a parent hopes to win a custody battle. Under AB 957,\u200b gender \u201caffirmation\u201d \u200bwill be inextricably tied to three powerful words: the \u201chealth, safety, and welfare\u201d\u2063 of a child. The result is that a judge will be mandated\u200b to find it in \u2064the best interest of \u200dthe child to transition him, whether socially\u2014changing his name, pronouns, clothing, growing out his \u2062hair\u2014or medically\u2014arresting his natural puberty with estrogen \u200cthat could sterilize \u2063him in as little as four months,\u2062 or undergoing radical surgery to flay \u2063his penis and invert it, barbarically fashioning a non-functioning\u2063 neovagina that must be manually dilated\u200c daily to challenge the body\u2019s natural inclination to heal the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/father-and-mother-are-dear-but-dearer-still-is-chairman-mao-2\/\" title=\"\u2018Parents are precious, but Chairman Mao is even more precious.\u2019\">surgically created open wound<\/a>\u2063 by closing \u2063it.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;Diverse&#8217;\u2063 Curriculum Required<\/h2>\n<p>California is not only \u200cmoving to \u2063excise parents from their children\u2019s lives\u200c and force medical\u2063 interventions on children, it is stealing political power\u2062 from local government and nullifying voters. Gov. Gavin Newsom, Superintendent\u200c Tony Thurmond, Attorney General Rob Bonta, \u200band Assemblyman Corey Jackson \u2064(D-Perris) want California students to be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/parental-rights-groups-accuse-state-of-sexualizing-children-5475944\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exposed<\/a> to books\u2064 on \u2063transgenderism, books that\u200c teach children\u200d how to locate strangers \u2064on the internet to meet up for casual\u200c sexual encounters, and\u200c learn how \u2062to perform a multitude of\u200d sex acts found \u2063in &#8220;This Book is Gay.&#8221; These men cry \u201cbook banning\u201d or \u201cracism\u201d when parents merely ask school \u200dboards to keep\u2062 X-rated books away from children.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Jackson is the \u2063author of <a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=202320240AB1078\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AB 1078<\/a>, which \u2064will force school boards \u200bto accept highly offensive\u200b materials in their school libraries, even in the elementary grades. AB 1078 will allow these bullies to replace a curriculum specifically curated by local school boards\u200b elected by\u200c local \u200bvoters. AB 1078 promises\u2064 that if a \u200bschool district does not accept the gender-ideology curriculum that is\u2063 creating the acute \u2063crisis \u200cof \u2064gender dysphoria among our kids, the state will intervene.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>their parental rights; to allow minors to undergo gender-affirming medical procedures without parental consent; and to require public schools to provide transgender-inclusive sex education. These bills undermine parental authority and prioritize ideology over the well-being of children, echoing the oppressive tactics of Communist regimes.
