California is leading the way in codifying these practices with a package of bills that \u2063will <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/californias-transgender-bills-a-crystal-ball-of-whats-to-come-nonprofit-president\/\" title=\"California's Transgender Bills: A Glimpse into the Future, says Nonprofit President.\">completely override parental\u200b authority<\/a> and lead to the trafficking of children.<\/p>\n<p>The \u2064president of \u200dCourage is a\u2062 Habit, Alvin Lui, \u200dwarns that the legislation in California is \u200ba predictor of what all states will face\u2064 if they\u2019re not already.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cCalifornia\u200b is the closest \u2062thing we \u200chave to a crystal ball, closest \u2064thing. First, if parents don\u2019t affirm the gender change, the child\u2063 will kill \u200chim\u200b or herself, and second, that parents are the enemy.<\/p>\n<p>Out of the series of bills, and one that has already passed, SB 107 is one with the broadest consequences because\u200c it says that if a child from another state crosses over to California, \u200cand\u2064 the parents don\u2019t\u200d want to affirm the\u200b gender transition, California will separate the\u200b child \u200dfrom the family\u2063 and not return the child to the \u200bparent, even if the parents go to California to \u200dget them, said Lui.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat bill has now been replicated across \u200cseveral \u2062states,\u201d said Lui.<\/p>\n<p>A parent and lawyer, Erin\u200b Friday, said children are indoctrinated \u2064starting as young as 4 to \u200cthis gender ideology, like her daughter was.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width:600px\" class=\"alignnone\"><figcaption>Erin Friday \u2064checks her notes on the steps of the California State Capital in Sacramento, Calif., on \u200dMarch 10, 2023. And this opens a door to these kids to get \u200bconfused, gender \u2062wise, they&#8217;re starting \u2063to wonder, oh maybe, even though I was born a boy, maybe I&#8217;m\u2062 actually a girl,\u201d \u200dsaid Friday during a recent interview with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/epochtv\/parents-in-california-are-about-to-lose-their-kids-under-new-law-erin-friday-5431978\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Epoch TV California Insider program<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Teachers are being told to keep\u2064 secrets from\u200c parents \u2064and being trained, \u201cthat that&#8217;s what they are required to do. They&#8217;re also being \u2064taught that the child could be abused by the family,\u201d said Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Another bill that \u201ctraffics\u201d children\u200b is AB 957, said Lui.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat&#8217;s the\u200b in-state transgender trafficking. It means that if \u200dyou as \u200ca parent\u2064 don&#8217;t \u2063succumb and agree to the transgender\u2062 procedures, they can remove \u200cyour child.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Applying this\u2064 law to a custody battle would mean the parent who agrees to transition the child will be given custody, said \u200bLui.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u2064 Friday, AB 957 \u201credefines what the health, safety and welfare of a child\u2064 means.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt&#8217;s moving right over to where parents who are together and don&#8217;t \u2064want to affirm the identity of their child will risk \u200cbeing deemed abusive,\u201d said Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Another bill, SB 596, criminalizes parents who might object to the school\u2062 transitioning \u200btheir child or making the school staff feel\u200d \u201cthreatened\u201d in any way when speaking to the school about what they did. If the school staff feel threatened, the parents will be fined between 500-1000 dollars or even \u200bface a year in jail.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSB\u2062 956 is what \u2064we call the intimidation bill,\u201d said \u2062Lui.<\/p>\n<p>Another bill, AB 665, would allow minors as young \u2063as 12 to legally separate from their parents \u200dif they themselves\u2064 decide they need mental health services Lui said. The bill\u2019s\u200b text states that the government does not \u2063require \u201cany evidence that the parent is unfit and worthy of having\u2064 his\/her parental rights terminated.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>And\u2062 SB \u2062407 would stipulate any\u200b family that\u200d wants to be a foster parent to agree to the gender ideology.<\/p>\n<p>Two other related bills are AB\u2064 1078, which would allow the state\u200b to\u2062 \u201cdictate\u201d \u2062school curriculum \u201cregardless of whether it is scientifically accurate or age-appropriate or fits the local community\u2019s values\u2063 or \u2064needs,\u201d\u2062 and AB 5\u2064 which would \u2063require\u200c school staff to be\u200b trained on LGBT issues, transitioning students, and how to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/wisconsin-teachers-told-to-hide-students-gender-identity-from-parents\/\" title=\"Wisconsin Teachers Told To Hide Students\u2019 Gender Identity From Parents\">hide students\u2019 gender identity<\/a> from parents.<\/p>\n<p>These laws will drive more children into\u200d the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/white-house-releases-list-of-president-trumps-accomplishments-and-it-is-historic\/\" title=\"White House Releases List of President Trump\u2019s Accomplishments \u2013  And It Is Historic!\">foster care system<\/a>, said Lui.<\/p>\n<figure style=\"width:600px\" class=\"alignnone\"><figcaption>Alvin L<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Across the nation, parents resist transgender teachings and the secrecy surrounding their child&#8217;s gender transition.
