Hunter would \u2063regularly schedule business meetings\u200d while traveling\u2026 <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/eZl6HA07G4\">pic.twitter.com\/eZl6HA07G4<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Oversight Committee (@GOPoversight) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GOPoversight\/status\/1696870409499562379?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 30, 2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The letter, addressed to Archivist Colleen Shogan, stated that the\u200c reported use of \u2062Air Force Two\u2064 and Marine Two suggested Biden allowed his son to \u2062travel at the taxpayers\u2019 expense while facilitating \u2063his efforts to hawk \u200dthe \u201cBiden Brand\u201d in numerous foreign nations.<\/p>\n<p><b data-stringify-type=\"bold\"><\/b><\/p>\n<p>\u201cDevon \u200cArcher, a longtime Biden\u200d family associate, has stated it\u2062 is \u2018categorically false\u2019 \u200cthat Joe Biden played no role\u2064 in his son\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/biden-calls-travel-lid-for-wednesday-an-hour-after-bobulinski-interview-airs\/\" title=\"Biden Calls Travel Lid for Wednesday an Hour After Bobulinski Interview Airs\">foreign business dealings<\/a>. Flights on Air Force Two\u2064 around the world to \u200dseal business deals are evidence of that\u2062 role,\u201d the letter continued.<\/p>\n<p>According\u200c to the \u200b <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/politics\/hunter-biden-traveled-least-13-countries-vp-dad-i-can-catch-ride-him\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">most \u2062recent reports<\/a>, Hunter may have traveled alongside his father on Air Force Two to Croatia, \u2062Kosovo, Serbia, Canada, Japan, Germany, Italy, Egypt, South Africa, Kenya and South Korea. It was already well-publicized that he traveled with Vice President Biden to China and Mexico, and additional reports suggest that he might have\u2063 also joined his father in Belgium and Spain.<\/p>\n<p>The letter calls on the \u200darchives to \u2064provide Oversight with \u201cspecial access\u201d to &#8220;[a]ll \u2064Air Force Two and Marine \u200cTwo manifests from January 20, 2009, to January 20, 2017, that \u200dinclude any Biden family member or associates \u2063(Eric \u2063Schwerin,\u2064 Devon Archer, or Jeffrey Cooper)&#8221; in addition to any and all &#8220;documents\u200b and communications&#8221; pertaining to such travel.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The House Oversight Committee urged the National Archives to provide records revealing when and where Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden&#8217;s son, had access to Air Force Two.
