Barbie&#8217;s\u2062 strong\u2063 female lead diminishes Ken, portraying him as nothing more than a prop in a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/stars-childrens-book-fighting-back-against-attacks-on-traditional-masculinity\/\" title=\"Star's children's book fights against attacks on traditional masculinity.\">female-dominated world<\/a>.\u2064 Similarly, Indiana Jones, once a swashbuckling archaeologist, is now portrayed as \u2062a\u2062 bumbling old white guy \u2064in the \u200clatest \u2062installment of the franchise.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Embracing Positive Masculinity<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2063 think Hollywood has done an amazing job to \u2063emasculate men. It has\u200b done an amazing \u200cjob to make it \u2063look like women are the only ones you can trust to be the saviors of the universe,&#8221; Sorbo said.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Sorbo \u200bemphasizes that \u2064embracing \u200dmasculinity does\u200d not\u200d detract from women&#8217;s equality. He believes\u2063 that men and women have\u2064 different but \u2062equally essential roles in the family. According to Sorbo, Hollywood\u200b has been working to dismantle the nuclear\u200c family and the patriarchal system for decades.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3>Teaching\u200d Essential \u2064Values<\/h3>\n<p>&#8220;The Test of Lionhood&#8221; is a children&#8217;s book \u200bthat promotes positive masculinity. It tells the story of a lion cub\u200b who must\u2064 rely\u200c on the lessons he learned from his \u200bfather to save\u200b his sister\u200c from danger.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Sorbo&#8217;s book\u2062 also addresses the importance of overcoming adversity, a lesson he learned\u200d from his own upbringing. \u2064Growing up in a family \u2062with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pga-tour-and-liv-golf-merger-being-investigated-by-doj-report\/\" title=\"DOJ investigates PGA Tour and LIV Golf merger: Report\">limited financial resources<\/a>, \u200cSorbo worked as a caddie at a local country club.
