With these bills, the Democratic\u2064 Party supermajority seeks to emancipate children at age 12 for any reason; \u200bto force parents to affirm the trans-identity of a child or lose custody; \u200bto mandate that school\u200b boards present even \u200dkindergarten students with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/joe-bidens-reversal-on-sexual-exposure-for-kids-shows-just-how-extreme-the-democratic-party-has-become\/\" title=\"Joe Biden\u2019s Reversal On Sexual Exposure For Kids Shows Just How Extreme The Democratic Party Has Become\">overtly sexual material<\/a> and scientifically inaccurate \u2062lessons, \u2064and to shut parents up who disagree \u2062with their school boards.<\/p>\n<p>The state intends to\u200b assume the role of parents and erase actual parents\u200b from the \u2064picture. Using a familiar playbook, state leaders are encouraging teachers to supplant parents, \u2064by both passing laws to exclude parents from local\u200b governance, and branding all who dissent as domestic terrorists, bigots, and insurrectionists. Children are being instructed to keep secrets from their parents. Scott Wiener (D-San\u200b Francisco) as an honored guest at many events, but\u2064 he does not have parents\u2019\u200c best \u200binterest \u200bin mind, or children&#8217;s. Behind his\u200c outwardly mild demeanor, Mr. Wiener prioritizes the\u200c LGBTQ Caucus \u200bwhich pushes that notion that a \u2063child could\u2063 be born in the wrong body, \u200dand parents who do not accept this new belief system are not worthy\u2062 of being parents. The current administration in Sacramento has been eviscerating families and parents\u2019 rights for \u200cyears with little resistance, from\u200b Democrats and Republicans alike, with the cries of equity, kindness, and non-discrimination. But what they\u2063 are doing to \u200dfamilies is not kind.<\/p>\n<h2>12-Year-Olds Allowed \u2063to Leave Home<\/h2>\n<p>Using\u2062 <a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=202320240AB665\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Assembly Bill (AB) 665<\/a>, Mr. Wiener and\u2062 Assemblywoman Wendy\u200c Carrillo (D-Los Angeles) teamed up for a bill that will\u200c divorce\u2063 children from their parents when \u2064they reach the age of 12. California law currently allows \u2062children 12 and older to self-consent to outpatient mental healthcare and inpatient residential\u2064 shelter without parental consent, but only if they\u200d face danger at home\u2014such as abuse or incest\u2063 or pose \u2062a serious danger to themselves or others. \u2063The counseling and residential\u200c shelter provided under the\u200c current\u2064 law (Family Code section 6924) \u200cis paid\u2064 for \u2064by Medi-Cal. With AB 665, Mr. \u2062Wiener and Ms. Carrillo plan to\u2064 eliminate those \u201cdanger guardrails,\u201d and allow any 12-year-old to leave home and check into government custody at\u2064 any time, for \u200bany reason, without notice to parents. \u2063Notably, neither of these lawmakers has children.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;Affirm&#8217; Gender or Lose Custody<\/h2>\n<p>This \u200dattack on parental rights\u2064 continues with a second bill\u200c that Mr. Wiener co-authored with Assemblywoman Lori Wilson (D-Suisun City). This bill, <a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=202320240AB957\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AB 957<\/a>, seeks to remove children of any age from the\u200b custody of parents who do\u2062 not support their child\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/preventing-violence-against-female-inmates-act-cotton-introduces-bill-to-house-prisoners-by-biological-sex\/\" title=\"\u2018Preventing Violence Against Female Inmates Act\u2019: Cotton Introduces Bill To House Prisoners By Biological Sex\">purported gender identity<\/a>, regardless of how absurd it \u2062may be: eunuch gender, autism gender,\u2063 agender, non-binary,\u2062 \u201cfurry\u201d\u2014yes, these genders must be affirmed if a parent hopes to win\u2064 a custody battle. Under AB 957, gender\u200c \u201caffirmation\u201d will be \u2063inextricably tied to three powerful words: the \u201chealth, safety, \u2063and welfare\u201d of a child.\u2064 The result is that a judge will\u200c be mandated to find\u200c it in the best \u200binterest of the child\u200d to\u2064 transition him, whether socially\u2014changing his name, pronouns, clothing, growing out his hair\u2014or medically\u2014arresting his natural puberty with \u200cestrogen that could sterilize him in\u200c as \u200blittle as four months, or\u2063 undergoing\u2064 radical surgery to flay\u200c his penis and invert it, barbarically fashioning a\u200d non-functioning neovagina that must be manually dilated daily to challenge the body\u2019s natural inclination to heal the \u200b<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/father-and-mother-are-dear-but-dearer-still-is-chairman-mao\/\" title=\"\u2018Parents are precious, but Chairman Mao is even more precious.\u2019\">surgically created\u2064 open wound<\/a>\u2063 by closing it.<\/p>\n<h2>&#8216;Diverse&#8217; Curriculum \u2063Required<\/h2>\n<p>California is not only \u200cmoving to excise parents from their children\u2019s \u200blives and force medical interventions on children, \u2064it is stealing political power from local government and nullifying voters. Gov. Gavin Newsom, Superintendent Tony\u200d Thurmond, Attorney General Rob Bonta, and Assemblyman Corey \u200bJackson\u200b (D-Perris) want California students to be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/us\/parental-rights-groups-accuse-state-of-sexualizing-children-5475944\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exposed<\/a> to books on transgenderism, books that teach children how \u200dto locate strangers on the internet to meet up\u200d for casual sexual encounters, and learn how to perform a multitude of sex acts\u2063 found in &#8220;This Book is Gay.&#8221; \u2062These men cry \u201cbook banning\u201d or \u201cracism\u201d when parents merely ask school \u200dboards to keep X-rated books away from children.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Jackson \u2064is the author\u2063 of <a href=\"https:\/\/leginfo.legislature.ca.gov\/faces\/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=202320240AB1078\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AB 1078<\/a>, which will force school \u2064boards to \u200caccept highly offensive materials in their \u2064school\u200b libraries, even in the \u2064elementary grades. AB 1078 will allow\u200d these bullies to replace a curriculum specifically curated by local school boards elected by local voters. AB 1078 promises that if \u2064a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/calif-gov-newsom-announces-2b-plan-to-reopen-schools-by-spring\/\" title=\"Calif. Gov. Newsom announces B plan to reopen schools by spring\">school district<\/a> does not accept the\u2064 gender-ideology curriculum that is creating the acute crisis of gender dysphoria \u2064among our \u2062kids, the state will take\u2062 over the\u200c district and impose the curriculum.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>their parental rights; to allow minors to undergo gender-affirming medical procedures without parental consent; and to require public schools to provide transgender-inclusive sex education. These bills undermine parental authority and prioritize ideology over the well-being of children, echoing the oppressive tactics of Communist regimes.
