The following day, Mr. Shepley provided heroin to the co-conspirator for sale to\u200b K.S., as stated by \u2064prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>To facilitate the transaction, Mr. Shepley and the accomplice were driven to the parking lot of a Target \u200bstore in Westlake Village, where they met K.S. The entire exchange was captured by \u2062the store&#8217;s security cameras,\u2062 according to court documents.<\/p>\n<p>Once the heroin \u2062was sold\u200b to\u200c K.S., the money was handed over to Mr.\u2063 Shepley, as outlined in his plea agreement.<\/p>\n<p>The\u2064 U.S. Attorney&#8217;s Office revealed that K.S. used the heroin provided by Mr. \u200bShepley and tragically overdosed in his bedroom at his parent&#8217;s house.
