This section disqualifies individuals who have &#8220;engaged in insurrection or rebellion against&#8221; the Constitution.<\/p>\n<p>New Hampshire&#8217;s Attorney General John Formella and Secretary of State David \u200bScanlan \u200dreleased a joint statement stating that no decision has been\u2062 made regarding Trump&#8217;s alleged involvement in the U.S. \u200cCapitol \u2062incursion on January\u200c 6, 2021. They clarified that neither office is \u200carguing for \u2062or against Trump&#8217;s eligibility to be elected\u2062 president again.<\/p>\n<p>The state AG&#8217;s office is currently\u2063 &#8220;reviewing the legal issues \u200binvolved&#8221;
