However, she was informed that her \u2064son must remove the patch because \u2063the \u2062Gadsden flag is not allowed\u200d in class due to its \u200dalleged association \u200dwith slavery. A\u200b video of \u200dthe conversation shows a school staff member \u200ctelling Jaiden&#8217;s mother that \u2064the patch is &#8220;disruptive to the classroom environment.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Defending her son&#8217;s right to\u200b wear the patch, \u200dJaiden&#8217;s\u200d mother \u200dexplains that \u2063the \u200dGadsden\u200c flag\u2064 is a symbol of the Revolutionary\u200b War and has nothing to do with slavery.
