Trump and his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/obama-judge-compares-trump-january-6-case-with-boston-marathon-bombing-9-11-trials\/\" title=\"Obama judge equates Trump January 6 case to Boston Marathon bombing, 9\/11 trials.\">alleged crimes surrounding<\/a> the\u2064 events \u200cof January 6, 2021, this latest story certainly could remove all \u2064doubts.<\/h2>\n<p>During Trump\u2019s arraignment hearing on Monday, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan compared January 6 with 9\/11 and the Boston Marathon\u200c bombing.<\/p>\n<p>This week, Chutkan, an \u200dObama appointee, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/federal-judge-sets-date-for-trumps-election-interference-trial-one-day-before-super-tuesday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">set the trial date for March 4, 2024<\/a> \u2014 which so \u2064happens to be one day before Super Tuesday. Special Counsel\u2063 Jack Smith\u2019s team had requested January 2024, while Trump\u2019s attorneys argued for a date in April 2026.\u2063 After hearing both sides, Chutkan decided to call it even \u2026 and place the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/federal-judge-sets-date-for-trumps-election-interference-trial-one-day-before-super-tuesday\/\" title=\"Federal judge schedules Trump's election interference trial just before Super Tuesday.\">opening trial date<\/a> two months\u200b after Smith\u2019s team\u2019s suggested date and essentially smack dab in the middle of the GOP primary \u200cseason. (Not exactly even, if you didn\u2019t catch\u200d that.)<\/p>\n<p>How did Chutkan justify\u2063 her\u200c decision? Well, the intrepid journalist and podcaster Julie \u200dKelly broke that down for us via X\u2064 \u2014 formerly known as Twitter.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">And there \u2063you have it,\u200d folks.<\/p>\n<p>Obama-appointed Tanya Chutkan just compared January 6 to \u2062Boston Marathon bombing and 9\/11.<\/p>\n<p>Insulting to the victims and legally illiterate. She isn&#8217;t just\u2062 crooked but \u200dpainfully stupid. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/IyiZ0tHrwD\">pic.twitter.com\/IyiZ0tHrwD<\/a><\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Julie Kelly \ud83c\uddfa\ud83c\uddf8 (@julie_kelly2) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/julie_kelly2\/status\/1696350705357824172?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 29, \u200d2023<\/a><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>It\u2019s\u200b a preposterous comparison \u200band effectively puts Trump and January 6 on par with Islamic terrorism. Yet, for many \u2063Leftists, Trump is \u2063no better \u2064than an Islamic terrorist.<\/p>\n<p>Chutkan has displayed apparent bias against the GOP frontrunner before. In October 2022, she took issue with the fact that he still\u2062 had his \u2062freedom intact.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI \u2064see \u200cthe footage of the flags and the\u2064 signs that \u200cpeople \u200dwere carrying and the hats they were wearing and the garb,\u2062 and the people \u2063who mobbed\u200d that Capitol were there \u200bin fealty, in loyalty, to one man \u2014 not\u2062 to the Constitution \u2026 <em><strong>It\u2019s a blind loyalty to one person who, by the way, remains free to this\u2064 day<\/strong><\/em>,\u201d Chutkan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonexaminer.com\/news\/justice\/donald-trump-indictment-judge-chutkan-trump-free-jan-6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> to a January\u200d 6 defendant in October 2022. <em>(emphasis added)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>For somebody who\u2019s supposed to care about maintaining neutrality on the bench, Chutkan certainly has given Trump plenty of fodder.<\/p>\n<p>After the Monday hearing, Trump issued a statement, in part saying, \u201cToday a biased, Trump Hating Judge gave me only a \u2062two month extension, just what our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/trump-announces-his-move-after-his-trial-date-is-set-for-day-before-super-tuesday\/\" title=\"Trump's Announcement Comes After Trial Date Set Before Super Tuesday.\">corrupt government wanted<\/a>, SUPER TUESDAY.
