As The Daily Signal reported,\u2062 sexual crimes could include &#8220;sexual exploitation of a child,\u200d sexual exploitation by a therapist, forced viewing of a\u200c sexual act, rape, sexual intercourse without consent, incest, sexual intercourse with a child, indecent behavior with a child, enticing a child, and \u200cmore.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>The Department of Corrections would not disclose whether these male \u2064inmates were incarcerated in a male \u200cor female facility, but state <a href=\"https:\/\/doc.wi.gov\/GuidanceDocumentsV2\/DAI\/DAI%20500.70.27%20KMCI%20Transgender%20Inmates%2007-19-21.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">policy<\/a> \u200bindicates transgender-identified inmates can be placed in the wrong-sex facility in some \u200ccases.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>These problems aren&#8217;t confined to Wisconsin. In January 2021, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/04\/22\/new-california-law-could-put-male-serial-rapists-into-womens-prisons\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a law went into effect in California<\/a> that could permit male serial rapists into women&#8217;s prisons. Transfers could\u200d be based on &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wsj.com\/articles\/male-inmates-in-womens-prisons-11622474215?ns=prod\/accounts-wsj\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">individual preference<\/a>,&#8221; \u2064meaning there \u200bis no need for male criminals to take hormones or amputate their genitals\u200c to be moved. Hundreds of inmates requested to be transferred in the months following \u200cthe law, \u200calmost\u2064 all men looking to be moved to women&#8217;s prisons. In fact, following the\u2063 law&#8217;s passage, <a href=\"https:\/\/thefederalist.com\/2021\/08\/12\/california-dishing-out-condoms-to-female-inmates-after-newsom-forces-them-to-live-with-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">inmates were reportedly given contraceptives<\/a> such as condoms and Plan B \u2014 which wouldn&#8217;t make much sense if it were \u2063really just a women&#8217;s prison \u2014 to deal with potential \u2064fallout.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, studies reveal disproportionately high criminal patterns among male inmates who claim to be women compared to their \u200dfemale counterparts. Data shows\u200c that anecdotes \u200cof\u200b men assaulting women in historically all-female spaces\u2064 are not one-offs, but rather, a trend.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>One <a href=\"https:\/\/publications.gc.ca\/collections\/collection_2022\/scc-csc\/PS83-3-442-eng.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">study<\/a> from \u200cthe Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), for instance,\u200b reveals this pattern. The study \u2014 \u2064which included inmates considered &#8220;gender diverse,&#8221; such as men who claim to be women (62 percent), women who claim to be men (21 percent), and &#8220;other&#8221; (17 percent) \u2014 found that an overwhelming 82 percent of transgender\u2064 inmates who had committed a sex crime\u200b were men who \u2062identified as women. Almost all (94 percent) of these crimes were \u2062committed when the perpetrator was identifying as his true sex.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Female crime rates pale in comparison, raising serious concerns about accommodating criminals based on their \u2063claimed\u200c transgender identity, particularly for \u200dthe safety of female inmates. The same CSC study \u2063showed that of the convicted sexual offenders, about 55 percent victimized exclusively females, while only 6 percent victimized exclusively males.<\/p>\n<p>Despite alarming statistics like these, Democrats continue advocating for policies that would house men with women. In\u200d both the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/116th-congress\/house-bill\/5#:~:text=Passed%20House%20(05%2F17%2F2019),-Equality%20Act&#038;text=This%20bill%20prohibits%20discrimination%20based,credit%2C%20and%20the%20jury%20system.\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">116th<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/117th-congress\/house-bill\/5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">117th<\/a> Congress, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/117th-congress\/house-bill\/5\">H.R. \u200c5<\/a> was introduced, mirroring \u2062California policies surrounding so-called &#8220;gender discrimination.&#8221; \u200cBetter known as the \u200dEquality Act, \u200bthis bill would &#8220;prohibit[] discrimination based on \u200csex, sexual orientation, and \u200bgender \u200didentity.&#8221; In other words, federal law\u2063 would prohibit institutions such as prisons from keeping potentially predatory men out of women&#8217;s spaces.<\/p>\n<p>President\u2063 Joe Biden and \u200bhis <a href=\"https:\/\/www.whitehouse.gov\/briefing-room\/statements-releases\/2022\/03\/31\/fact-sheet-biden-harris-administration-advances-equality-and-visibility-for-transgender-americans\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">administration<\/a> have been staunch promoters of the deceptively named Equality Act, saying the law would &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/half-of-male-inmates-pretending-to-be-female-are-guilty-of-sex-crimes-state-data-shows\/\" title=\"State data shows that half of male inmates who pretend to be female are guilty of sex crimes.\">provide long overdue federal civil rights protections<\/a> to transgender and LGBTQI+ Americans and their families&#8221; and be &#8220;key to addressing the \u200bepidemic levels of violence&#8221; against <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/can-sex-change-surgery-really-save-someones-life\/\" title=\"Can Sex-Change Surgery Really Save Someone\u2019s Life?\">trans-identified people<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>In a transgender-related &#8220;Fact Sheet,&#8221; the Biden administration said that in addition to pushing for passage of the Equality Act, it would &#8220;strengthen[] protections for transgender individuals \u2063who are incarcerated,&#8221; by &#8220;improving access\u2064 to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/god-loves-me-10-year-old-trans-child-quotes-bible-to-tell-tx-legislators-why-they-shouldnt-ban-trans-surgeries-procedures-for-minors\/\" title=\"\u2018God Loves Me\u2019: 10-Year-Old Trans Child Quotes Bible To Tell TX Legislators Why They Shouldn\u2019t Ban Trans Surgeries, Procedures For Minors\">gender-affirming care<\/a>&#8221; and allow inmates to have\u2064 access to facility placements \u2063that \u200b&#8221;align with an inmate&#8217;s gender identity.&#8221;<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>As \u200cthe Wisconsin\u200c data\u2062 and other studies show, however, Democrats have their facts all wrong when it \u2063comes to who\u2063 actually needs protection from violence. But\u2064 prisons aren&#8217;t the only places leftists are hurting or displacing women in their crusade to \u2063appease \u200dmen in ladyface.\u2062 The left is giving real women the shaft in sports, bathrooms, locker rooms, entertainment, and advertising too.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Just consider Lia Thomas&#8217; male genitals in the women&#8217;s locker room\u200d and his NCAA Division 1 victory at \u200cthe expense of a real woman. Or worse, \u200cthe self-identified\u2062 &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/dailycaller.com\/2023\/07\/31\/non-binary-rugby-hardest-hitter-injuries-women-canada\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nonbinary<\/a>&#8221; rugby player who had\u2062 been deemed\u2063 the \u2062&#8221;hardest hitter&#8221; on the men&#8217;s team before reportedly hurting three players during a game of \u200dwomen&#8217;s rugby.
