Hermann, \u200dgeneral counsel for the Southeastern Legal Foundation, was included as an exhibit.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe have\u200c performed a search of our collection for Vice Presidential records related to your request and have identified approximately 5,138 email messages, 25 \u2062electronic files and 200 pages of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/national-archives-admits-to-possessing-5400-biden-pseudonym-emails-amid-legal-battle\/\" title=\"National Archives has 5,400 Biden pseudonym emails in legal dispute.\">potentially responsive\u2062 records<\/a> that must \u2064be processed in order to respond \u200cto your request,\u201d Oriabure wrote in the letter.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In\u200d June, the National Archives and\u2062 Records Administration released a case record containing four emails, two of\u200d which were redacted and two of which were withheld. \u2063Both of \u200cthe released emails were sent from former Biden aide John\u2062 Flynn to the then-vice president, with Hunter Biden copied on both,\u200d as reported by Newsweek.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation revealed that \u200cBiden used the pseudonyms Robin \u200dWare, Robert\u2063 L. Peters, and JRB Ware, as reported on its website.<\/p>\n<p>According to the foundation,\u2063 their initial attempt to \u2063obtain these emails was \u2063made in 2021, but they were informed that the\u200d emails could \u200bnot be released\u2064 until after January \u206220, 2022, which marked\u200b five years since the archives took possession of them.<\/p>\n<p>After identifying \u200bnearly 5,400 potentially responsive records, \u2064the foundation stated that the National Archives has \u200dfailed to produce \u200ba single email, prompting them to file the lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>Kimberly S. The\u2064 American public deserves\u2062 to\u200c know what is in them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Brandon Boucek, the foundation\u2019s litigation \u200bdirector, expressed that court action was their last \u200dresort, emphasizing the significance of public transparency\u200d in holding the political\u200c class\u2063 accountable.<\/p>\n<p>The foundation also \u200dnoted that House Republicans are seeking access to these emails as\u200d part of their investigation into the \u200cbusiness activities \u200dof Biden family members.<\/p>\n<p>Former \u200bHouse Speaker Newt Gingrich expressed his \u2064frustration \u200cwith\u200c the situation in a \u2063<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/why-this-average-american-is-voting-for-donald-trump\/\" title=\"Why This Average American Is Voting for Donald Trump\">social media post<\/a>, questioning the National Archives&#8217; ability to quickly\u2063 find President Trump&#8217;s material but somehow \u2062missing the 5,400 emails involving business, corruption, and Hunter Biden.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">So the National Archives \u2064could find President Trump\u2019s \u200cmaterial quickly \u200bbut somehow missed 5400 emails from Vice President Biden\u2019s archives.
