Langford\u200d has\u200b been accused by girls in the sorority of \u200d<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/n-y-gov-cuomo-refuses-to-resign-amid-sexual-harassment-scandal\/\" title=\"N.Y. Gov. Cuomo refuses to resign amid sexual harassment scandal\">making inappropriate comments<\/a> and \u2062watching girls shower and\u2062 change.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cThe University of\u200b Wyoming chapter voted to\u2063 admit \u2014 and, more broadly, a sorority \u200dof hundreds of thousands approved\u200b \u2014\u2064 Langford. With its inquiry beginning\u2062 and ending there, \u200dthe\u2064 Court\u200d will not define \u2018woman\u2019 today. The delegate of a private, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/lawsuit-against-man-who-joined-wyoming-sorority-dismissed-by-federal-judge\/\" title=\"Federal judge dismisses lawsuit against man who joined Wyoming sorority.\">voluntary\u200d organization interpreted \u2018woman<\/a>,\u2019 otherwise undefined in the nonprofit\u2019s bylaws, expansively; this Judge may not invade Kappa \u200cKappa Gamma\u2019s\u200b freedom of \u2063expressive association\u2064 and inject \u2064the circumscribed definition\u2064 Plaintiffs urge,\u201d U.S. District Court Judge Alan Johnson, a \u2063Reagan appointee, wrote in a decision released\u200c last week.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In their lawsuit against Langford, six sorority members list a number of \u200balleged instances where they say he made them uncomfortable and say that he\u200d has not undergone any <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/total-nightmare-biden-policy-redefining-sex-puts-doctors-at-risk-american-principles-project-president-says\/\" title=\"\u2018Total Nightmare\u2019: Biden Policy Redefining Sex Puts Doctors At Risk, American Principles Project President Says\">sex-change procedures<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>One alleged incident \u2064involved Langford having a visible erection after seeing one\u200d woman changing her \u200cshirt.\u200b The suit stated that Langford stood \u200bwith \u201chis hands \u2064over his genitals\u201d and later asked the woman about her \u200d\u201cromantic\u200c attachments.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLangford \u200cstates that \u2064he \u200bis\u200d transgender \u2063and that he self-identifies as a\u200b woman. His behavior, however, does not \u2064reflect a \u2063man living as a woman let alone a\u2064 man attempting to \u2018consistently\u2064 live\u2019 as a woman,\u201d the girls said. \u201cOther than occasionally wearing women\u2019s clothing, Langford makes \u200clittle\u200d effort \u2063to resemble a woman. He has not\u200b undergone\u2064 treatments \u200bto create a\u200b more feminine \u2064appearance, such as female hormones, \u2062feminization surgery, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hawaii-lawmakers-advance-bill-to-force-insurance-companies-to-provide-transgender-medical-treatment\/\" title=\"Hawaii Lawmakers Advance Bill to Force Insurance Companies to Provide \u2018Transgender\u2019 Medical Treatment\">laser hair removal<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Rachel\u200d Berkness,\u200c the lawyer \u2063who represented Langford, called\u2062 the \u2064claims against \u200dhim \u200d\u201cbaseless.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe allegations against\u200c Ms. Langford should never have made \u2064it into a legal \u2063filing. They are nothing\u200d more than cruel rumors that mirror exactly the type\u200d of rumors used to vilify\u2063 and\u200d dehumanize \u200cmembers of the LGBTQIA+ community for generations. And they are baseless,\u201d\u2062 Berkness told \u2063the\u200b Associated Press.<\/p>\n<h3>Protecting\u200d Women&#8217;s Rights<\/h3>\n<p>Cassie Craven, a lawyer for\u200b the \u2063sorority sisters who sued \u200cLangford, \u2064said \u2063that \u2064it was important \u200dto\u200b establish protections for \u200bwomen.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWomen\u200d have a biological reality\u200d that deserves to be \u2064protected and \u2062recognized\u2062 and we will continue to fight for that right\u2064 just as women suffragists for\u2064 decades have been \u200ctold that\u200c their bodies,\u2062 opinions, and safety doesn\u2019t matter,\u201d she\u2062 said.<\/p>\n<p><b><a href=\"https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" aria-describedby=\"sk-tooltip-9096\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/onelink.to\/dwapp&#038;source=gmail&#038;ust=1692980418669000&#038;usg=AOvVaw15MNQZ1U33fOZBroIc4gYb\">CLICK\u200c HERE TO GET THE DAILYWIRE+ APP<\/a><\/b><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A federal judge dismissed a lawsuit filed by Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority members at a Wyoming university.
