He was charged with\u00a0violating Georgia\u2019s Racketeer Influenced\u2062 and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. <\/p>\n<p>The indictment\u2062 claims that Floyd put \u2063pressure on Ruby Freeman, \u200dan election worker in Fulton County, after she refused to change the county\u2019s\u200d vote in the 2020 election for Trump. <\/p>\n<p>The 39-year-old defended himself and was\u200c the only one of the 19 \u200cdefendants in the\u200d case who did \u2063not arrange a bond agreement with state prosecutors before turning himself in.<\/p>\n<p>He reportedly told Judge Emily Richardson that \u200c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/fncs-carlson-if-youre-looking-for-election-rigging-look-no-further-than-media-treatment-of-hunter-biden-saga\/\" title=\"FNC's Carlson: 'If You're Looking for Election Rigging, Look No Further' Than Media Treatment of Hunter Biden Saga\">legal counsel<\/a> was too \u2062expensive for him.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p><strong>\u201cI can\u2019t put my family in that kind of debt,\u201d he said.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Floyd was also charged earlier this year with assaulting an \u2064FBI agent. <\/p>\n<p>He <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/70-year-old-youtuber-beats-head-of-south-korean-ruling-party-with-hammer\/\" title=\"70-Year-Old 'YouTuber' Beats Head of South Korean Ruling Party with Hammer\">allegedly shouted<\/a>, \u2063pushed, and assaulted an agent serving a subpoena at his Maryland home for federal Special Counsel Jack Smith\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/harrison-floyd-denied-bond-remains-in-jail\/\" title=\"Harrison Floyd remains in jail after bond denial.\">election fraud probe<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Richardson cited the \u2064open case as justification for remanding him in jail.
