After being \u2063put on a wait \u200clist, Lewis began making sure she was properly vaccinated to ensure she was in compliance to \u200dreceive \u200bher transplant \u200bwhen\u200b it became available. However, in 2021, her\u2064 required vaccinations were updated to include the COVID vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>She refused\u2064 and sued the physicians and \u2063hospital for violating her rights of conscience regarding \u2063the vaccine.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTaking this \u200bvaccine offends \u2063my conscience. I ought to have the choice about what goes\u200d into my body, and a lifesaving treatment cannot be denied to \u2062me because I chose \u2064not to take an \u2064experimental treatment for a condition\u2062 \u2014 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/watch-comedian-rob-schneider-tees-off-covid-fairy-fauci-standup-set\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COVID-19<\/a> \u2014 which \u2062I do not have and which I may never have,\u201d Lewis wrote in her affidavit.<\/p>\n<p>Every court, all the way to the Supreme Court of Canada, denied\u200b her those rights \u200bfearing \u200dthat \u200bit would allow\u2064 other medical procedures \u200bto \u200dbe scrutinized\u200c by the public and would jeopardize the physicians standing as experts over \u200dtheir \u2062medical diagnosis and treatments.<\/p>\n<p>Awarding a legal victory to Lewis, argued the\u2063 Alberta Court of King\u2019s Bench, would result in \u201csignificant adverse public policy implications.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe proposition that Treating \u2062Physicians exercising clinical judgment would be subject \u200dto the Charter would result in medical chaos with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/sickening-turn-for-woman-denied-organ-transplant-after-refusing-covid-vaccine\/\" title=\"Woman denied organ transplant after refusing COVID vaccine - a sickening turn.\">patients seeking endless judicial review<\/a> of\u2063 clinical treatment decisions,\u201d the Bench said.<\/p>\n<p>Not only this, but in the midst of the \u2064lawsuit, the\u200b court issued<a href=\"https:\/\/rumble.com\/v3bfb4z-sheila-lewis-may-17-2023-ottawa-ontario.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/georgia-state-senator-reported-results-must-be-viewed-as-untrustworthy\/\" title=\"Georgia State Senator: \u201cReported Results Must Be Viewed As Untrustworthy\u201d\">gag order<\/a><\/a> on Lewis, which legally prevented her from mentioning not only the physicians and the hospital, \u200bbut also the organ \u200bthat she needed.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Sheila Lewis, who needed a double organ transplant, is under a court gag order preventing her from disclosing the specific organ. Although there\u2063 are places in\u2063 the United States that will\u2062 do transplants without requiring the vaccine, there have been <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/man-told-needs-get-covid-vaccine-life-saving-transplant-eight-word-answer-says\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">cases of transplants<\/a>, even for children, being refused if the patient was not vaccinated, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/lifestyle\/teen-denied-kidney-transplant-not-vaccinated-covid-parents\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fox News<\/a> \u200b reported.<\/p>\n<p>With\u200c these facts in mind, this case cannot be reduced to another political discussion around COVID; it\u2019s much larger than \u200bthat. It is a problem of physicians and\u200d the medical establishment actually \u200charming people because they have absolute power.<\/p>\n<p>The medical establishment is protected by the U.S. government from lawsuits regarding <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/cdc-mysteriously-stops-accepting-covid-vaccine-adverse-event-reports-ahead-new-vaccine-push-report\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the COVID vaccine<\/a>, as reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.newsweek.com\/fact-check-are-pharmaceutical-companies-immune-covid-19-vaccine-lawsuits-1562793\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Newsweek<\/a>. After \u200clobbying Congress, the vaccine manufacturers secured liability protection from congress, which prohibits victims \u200cof vaccine injury from being \u2063able to sue\u2062 the\u2063 pharmaceutical companies directly.<\/p>\n<p>So\u2063 what did we\u200d learn today?<\/p>\n<p>That you \u2062not only have no recourse if <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/how-to-show-lockdowns-are-killing-more-people-than-the-virus\/\" title=\"How To Show Lockdowns Are Killing More People Than The Virus\">medical professionals<\/a> tell you that you cannot get an organ\u200c transplant if you do not have the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernjournal.com\/ap-pfizer-profits-plummet-covid-vaccine-treatment-sales-evaporate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COVID vaccine<\/a>, but \u2062you also cannot sue\u2064 them if you were harmed by the\u2064 vaccine they are requiring\u200d you to receive \u2014 giving medical professionals control of your health and \u200bthe state.<\/p>\n<p>Is this normal? You are not permitted alternatives. You are not to sue for damages.
