The\u200c renowned rapper&#8217;s licenser, BMI, reached out to Ramaswamy,\u2064 cautioning him \u200dagainst \u200dusing Eminem&#8217;s lyrics during his bid for president.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>&#8220;BMI has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/pregnant-man-flashcard-shown-to-north-carolina-preschoolers\/\" title=\"Pregnant Man Flashcard Shown to North Carolina Preschoolers\">received communication<\/a> from Marshall B. Mathers, III, professionally known as \u2063Eminem, objecting to the \u200dVivek\u200c Ramaswamy campaign&#8217;s use\u200d of Eminem&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/king-charles-coronation-heres-what-you-should-know-about-saturdays-ceremony\/\" title=\"Saturday's coronation of King Charles: What you need to know.\">musical compositions<\/a>,&#8221; the letter said.<\/p>\n<p>The letter further stated, &#8220;BMI will consider \u2063any performance of the Eminem Works by the Vivek 2024 campaign from this date forward \u200bto be a material breach of the Agreement for which BMI reserves all rights and remedies with respect thereto.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>In August, Ramaswamy notably rapped\u2062 &#8220;Lose Yourself&#8221; at the Iowa State Fair, which led to him \u2062receiving a cease-and-desist letter from both Eminem&#8217;s management \u2063and BMI on Aug. 23.<\/p>\n<h3>Ramaswamy Responds on Social Media<\/h3>\n<p>The Republican candidate took to social media to respond to the situation. &#8220;Will The REAL Slim Shady Please Stand Up?
