The only\u2064 way to preserve governmental integrity is for NARA to release Biden\u2019s nearly 5,400 emails to SLF and thus the public. The American public deserves to know what is in them.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>The SLF filed\u200b a federal lawsuit against NARA after the agency failed to\u200c produce \u2062a single email \u2063despite confirming the existence\u200d of Biden&#8217;s personal pseudonym email accounts. These accounts were registered under the names Robin Ware, Robert L. Peters, and JRB Ware. The SLF has been \u2064pushing for transparency and accountability, seeking\u200c to uncover any potential\u200b wrongdoing or conflicts of\u200b interest involving Biden\u200c and his son.<\/p>\n<h3>Investigating Allegations of\u200d Foreign Business Dealings<\/h3>\n<p>The SLF initiated its investigation into Biden&#8217;s \u200demails \u2064after \u200dsubmitting a Freedom of\u200d Information \u200cAct request in June. The group identified\u200b thousands of potentially relevant records from \u2063NARA, hoping to shed light on allegations\u200b that Biden communicated with Hunter \u2062regarding his <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/law-group-sues-national-archives-demanding-federal-agency-turn-over-5400-biden-pseudonym-emails\/\" title=\"Law firm sues National Archives for 5,400 Biden pseudonym emails.\">foreign business \u2064dealings dating back<\/a> to 2017.<\/p>\n<p>SLF attorneys first requested the release of Biden&#8217;s emails in 2021, but \u2064NARA officials claimed they did not have custody of his records \u2062before January\u200c 2017. They stated\u2063 that the \u200cemails could\u2064 only be\u2062 made public \u2064in January 2022.\u2062 Frustrated by the agency&#8217;s delays, the SLF decided to take legal action.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cPublic \u2064transparency is the most vital check \u200bthe \u2062citizens have for holding\u200d our \u2064political class accountable,\u201d emphasized Braden Boucek, litigation \u2064director for the SLF. \u201cAfter over \u200ba year\u2062 of trying to\u2063 work with NARA, its continued unreasonable delays have \u2063forced SLF to file this lawsuit.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<h3>House Republicans Join the Investigation<\/h3>\n<p>The lawsuit comes as House Republicans intensify their investigation \u200binto President Biden&#8217;s \u2062alleged use of\u2064 a fake name to \u200dconceal his identity. Oversight Chairman\u2062 James Comer sent a letter to NARA,\u200c requesting\u2063 all unredacted records \u2062and communications related to Biden&#8217;s\u200d official duties as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.conservativenewsdaily.net\/breaking-news\/hunter-biden-defector-emails-pipeline-to-obama-admin-seen-as-currency\/\" title=\"Hunter Biden Defector Emails: 'Pipeline' to Obama Admin Seen as 'Currency'\">vice president<\/a>.
